How an engagement runs
It starts with a call, not a proposal. We want to hear what your leads actually ask, where they come from, and what a good outcome looks like before anyone writes anything down.
A build on the platform is usually days, not weeks. Custom work is scoped in writing first, with a fixed price, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.

Before you send it
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need, so we quote it after a short call rather than guessing here. A build on the platform is priced as a fixed fee for the setup; the subscription itself stays the same $25 a month or $200 a year, paid by you, on your own account. Custom work is scoped in writing with a fixed price before anything starts.
Whose account is it?
Yours. We build inside an account you own, on API keys you hold, and you can remove our access the day it is handed over. Nothing about the build depends on us staying involved.
How long does a build take?
An agent on the platform, with its knowledge base and channels connected, is usually a matter of days once we have your material. Custom work depends on what it is, and the scope we send you says how long.
Do I have to use the platform at all?
For an agent build, yes: that is what we are building on. For custom work, the platform is usually the starting point, but if what you need sits beside it rather than inside it, say so on the form and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
What happens after I send the form?
It lands in our inbox and in our admin. A person reads it and replies from support@boldagents.co, usually within one working day, with a couple of questions or a time to talk. Your details are used for that reply and nothing else.
