Use case / Cold calling

The calls get made.
Every one on the list.

A call step in a campaign dials the list on your own number, works the script you wrote, answers "who is this?" and "we already have someone" from your material, and books the meeting into your calendar. Inside the hours you set, with every recording and transcript kept.

The list does not get called

Calling is the channel that works and the one everybody avoids. Both things are true.

01

Nobody wants to dial

The list is there. The script is there. The hour of cold calling on the calendar is the one that gets moved, every week.

02

Voicemail and no answer, forty times

Most dials do not connect. A person doing it by hand burns the afternoon on the ones that never pick up, and never reaches the ones that would have.

03

The email was never opened

An email that landed in spam or was ignored is a dead end. A call two days later is a second chance that most sequences never take.

04

What was said is lost

"Call back next quarter" lives in one rep's notes. Without a recording and a transcript, the next call starts from zero.

What the agent does on a call step

It dials, it talks, it books, and it writes down what happened.

01 / Dials

On your number, in your hours

Calls run on your own Twilio account with separate switches for answering and dialling. The campaign schedule sets the days, hours and time zone anything may go out, and the hourly pace per number.

02 / Talks

In real time, from your script

It hears and speaks live, using your provider's fastest model so it never leaves silences. The script is a saved template; the objection answers are your Q&A pairs.

03 / Books

The meeting, on the call

When the prospect says yes, it offers real open slots from your calendar and books the one they pick. A booking, a reply or an opt-out anywhere stops the rest of the sequence.

Every dial in one list: answered, no answer, booked

A call that went unanswered, a completed call that booked an inspection, a text confirming the time: each is a row in the inbox, tagged by channel, with the recording and the transcript behind it.

Transcription comes from Google or Deepgram. The voice is Google, Amazon Polly or ElevenLabs, or one you cloned from a recording on your own ElevenLabs or Fish Audio key.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

Calling as one step, not the whole job

The call is strongest when it follows an email and a text. The campaign does all three.

Sequence

Email, text, then the call

Day 0 email, day 2 text, day 5 call. Each step has its own delay and send condition, so the call goes only to the ones who did not reply.

Voice

A voice you choose, or your own

Pick a voice, or clone your own from a browser recording on your ElevenLabs or Fish Audio key.

Control

The plan before the first dial

A campaign is a draft until you press Start. The review screen shows every step. Pause and resume any time.

Record

Recordings and transcripts, per contact

Every call is kept against the person it was with, next to the emails and texts, on one journey row.

What you connect

A Twilio account for the calls (and the texts, if you use it for both), a mailbox for the email steps, and the calendar meetings land in.

The list is a CSV, a CRM segment, or contacts pulled off the web with the Chrome side panel.

Before you sign up

Is AI cold calling legal?

Rules vary by country and state, and in the United States the TCPA and state laws govern automated calls and consent. The product gives you the controls: a sending window with days, hours and time zone, per-number pacing, opt-outs honoured on every channel, and a record of every call. Whether a given list may be called is your decision and your responsibility, as it would be with a human caller.

Does it sound like a robot?

It speaks in real time with the voice you choose from Google, Amazon Polly or ElevenLabs, or with your own voice cloned from a recording. On calls it uses your provider's fastest model automatically, because a call cannot wait for a sentence.

What happens when someone picks up and asks a hard question?

It answers from the material you gave it, and what it does not know it does not invent. Its instructions say when to take the details and end the call, and that thread lands in your inbox with the transcript.

What does a call cost?

Twilio's per-minute rate and your AI provider's usage, both billed to you at cost. The plan is $25 a month for the whole account, with no per-minute charge from us.

Can it receive calls too?

Yes. Answering and dialling are separate switches on the same number. The agent that places the calls can also pick up the ones that come back.

The list gets called this week.

Connect Twilio, save the script, write the objection answers, read the plan, press Start.
