AI agents for landscapers
that book the spring rush.

AI agents for landscaping companies that answer the phone, the texts, the website chat and the Facebook messages in the three weeks of March when everybody wants a quote at once, book the estimate visit into a slot that is actually free, follow up the quote by text until it answers, and send the aeration, cleanup and snow reminders to last year's customers on the day you chose. While the crews are out.

The March phone answered while every crew is out

A landscaping answering service takes a name and a number. This one answers the question and books the visit. The agent picks up on your own Twilio number, hears and speaks in real time, and works from the material you gave it: your service area, what you do and do not do, the starting price for weekly mowing, how soon you can get somebody out for an estimate. Every call leaves a transcript and a recording in the inbox, and a call that was not answered is marked so, ready for the text that follows it.

Texts run on the same number or another, through Twilio, Telnyx or one of seven other carriers. The customer who texted a photo of the yard at 7am gets an answer at 7am; the one whose quote went quiet gets a text on day three. Calls, texts and chats sit together in one list, newest first, each tagged with where it came from, so the office reads the whole morning in one place.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

The after-hours enquiry answered, with an address captured

People plan their yards in the evening. One line of script puts a chat widget on your site in your colour, with your image and a greeting you wrote, and the agent answers from the knowledge base at 9pm the way the office would at 9am: whether you cover their street, what is included in the weekly service, whether you do beds and mulch, what a cleanup typically starts at, whether you plough in winter. When the conversation is worth keeping it asks for an email address or a phone number, and for the address of the property.

That email address or phone number links the visitor to the rest of their history. When they call the next morning from the number on the site, the agent already knows they asked about a cleanup and a weekly cut, and offers the estimate visit rather than starting from nothing.

A website chat conversation in the Inbox: the visitor asks how much it is, the agent answers with the price and a link, the visitor's story is drawn across the top, and a reply box lets a person take the thread over.

The quote followed up from your own mailbox and number, until it answers

A quote for a weekly cut or a spring cleanup is small, quick to send, and easy to lose: the homeowner asked three companies, two replied, and the one that texted again on Thursday got the season. The agent runs that follow-up from your own mailbox, connected with an app password for Gmail or Outlook or as an SMTP and IMAP host, and from your own number, so the follow-up comes from the address and the number on the quote.

Each step is a template with the quote details filled in: an email on day one, a text on day three, a text on day seven, a call on day ten. When the homeowner replies "yes, let's start", the agent answers the questions about what day the crew comes and how billing works from your material, offers the real open slots for the first visit, and books it. The recurring sign-up itself is done by you, or on the page of your site you allowed it to link to.

An agent's Email tab with three mailboxes connected, each showing a Good 90 health score, warm-up day and inbox placement, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, and an Active toggle.

Aeration, cleanup and snow, sent to last year's customers on the day

Last year's customers are the cheapest revenue a landscaping company has, and the seasonal reminder is the campaign that never gets sent because the crews are out. Pull a segment straight out of Jobber, Housecall Pro, HubSpot or GoHighLevel, or upload a CSV, and run the aeration reminder in September, the fall cleanup in October, the snow contract in November, on the date you choose, from your own number.

The text step carries the number it sends from, how many texts an hour that number may send, the sending window and the Reply STOP line, and the whole plan is shown on a review screen before a single message leaves. A reply of "yes" is answered with the real open slots and booked; a reply of STOP is honoured on every channel at once. A goal with a dollar value on the campaign tells you what the aeration run was actually worth.

The text messages card in the campaign builder: which agent's number sends, texts per hour per number, a TCPA consent tick with the 9am to 8pm sending window and the Reply STOP line, and the opening text of the sequence.

AI agents for landscaping companies that answer the spring rush while the crews are out

Landscaping has a three-week problem. In March everybody who owns a lawn decides on the same weekend that they need a quote, the phone rings from seven in the morning until dark, and every person who could answer it is on a mower or in a truck. The leads that get answered within the hour become customers for the season; the ones that go to voicemail call the next company. Then the summer settles in and the work that fills the calendar for the rest of the year, chasing the quotes and reminding last year's customers about aeration and cleanup and snow, gets done when somebody has an evening free. AI agents for landscaping companies exist to answer the rush in real time and to send the seasonal work on a schedule, without the owner doing either from the cab.

Bold Agent Kit gives you one agent that answers on your own Twilio number, your own mailbox, your website chat and your Facebook and Instagram messages, from one knowledge base. You give it your service area, what you do and what you do not, the starting prices, what the weekly service includes, how billing works, how soon an estimate visit can happen, and the pages of your own site it may link to. It answers from that material and nothing else, offers the real open slots on your calendar for the estimate visit, books the one they choose, and writes the booking and the notes back to Jobber, Housecall Pro or HubSpot.

It follows up as well. Every quote gets a sequence you wrote once: an email on day one, a text on day three, a call on day ten, inside the hours you set, until the homeowner replies, books or opts out. A segment of last year's customers pulled from the CRM gets the aeration reminder in September and the snow contract in November, on the day. Every message, call transcript and chat lands in one inbox, and the dashboard reports how many people it reached, how many booked and what the season was worth.

It is not an answering service that takes a message, and it is not a chat vendor priced per conversation. It is software on your own accounts, at $25 a month for as many agents as you want, with the AI on your own key and the calls and texts billed to you by your carrier at cost. The three weeks in March cost you no more than the three weeks in January.

The season is won in three weeks, and nobody is in the office for them

Landscaping companies rarely lose a customer on price. They lose them in the hours between the enquiry and the answer, and those hours are longest exactly when the crews are busiest.

01

The spring rush lands in one fortnight

The first warm weekend puts more quote requests on the phone and the website in two days than the rest of the quarter combined. One person is answering between loading trailers, the rest go to voicemail, and a homeowner who wants their lawn done this week does not wait for a call back on Thursday. The company that answered first got the season, and the season is where the whole year is decided.

02

Crews are out all day, so nobody answers

From April to October the owner is on a job, the foreman is on a job, and the phone is in a cab with the engine running. The 11am call rings out. The website form waits until 8pm. The text from a customer asking to add mulch sits under forty others. Everybody meant to get to it, and the enquiry cooled while they did.

03

The quote is texted, and then forgotten

A quote for a weekly cut is small enough that nobody chases it and valuable enough, across a season, that losing half of them hurts. The homeowner got three quotes, two companies followed up once, and the one that checked in again on day seven signed a customer for thirty weeks. The quotes that go quiet are not lost on price. They are lost on the second text nobody sent.

04

Aeration, cleanup and snow are a reminder nobody sends

Last year's customers are the easiest revenue in the business: they know you, they are on the route already, and most of them will say yes to fall aeration or a snow contract if somebody asks in time. The list is in the CRM. The reminder is a campaign that should go out on a date. It goes out late, or not at all, because September is busy too.

One agent on the phone, the website, the DMs and the mailbox, from one knowledge base

You build the landscaping agent once: your area, your services, your prices, your crew days and your rules. From then on it answers on every channel you connect, books into your calendar, follows up the quotes and sends the seasonal reminders on its own.

01 / Answers

The March enquiry, from your material

On the phone it hears and speaks in real time, on your provider's fastest model, from the script you saved. In chat, text, email and Messenger it answers "do you cover my street?", "what does weekly mowing start at?" and "do you do cleanups?" from your documents, your Q&A pairs and your data points, and links only to the pages of your own site you allowed. With the CRM connected it reads the customer first: what they had done last year, what is still open, what route they are on.

02 / Books

The estimate visit, into a real slot

It is given the real open slots on the connected calendar for the week ahead, offers a few, and books the one the homeowner picks, on the call, in the text, in the chat or in the DM. The booking is checked against the slots that were offered, written to the calendar, confirmed in the reply and logged against the contact in the CRM. It cannot book a time that was not free, and it cannot cancel a visit it was not shown.

03 / Reminds

The quote and the season, on a schedule

Every quote gets a sequence across email, text and call, each step with its own delay and send condition, inside the days, hours and time zone you set. A segment of last year's customers pulled from the CRM gets the aeration reminder in September and the snow contract in November on the date you chose. Both stop the moment there is a reason to: a reply, a booking, or an opt-out on any channel ends the sequence on every channel.

The Messenger enquiry about the before-and-after photo gets answered too

A landscaper's best advertisement is a photo of a finished yard, and the enquiries it brings come as Facebook and Instagram messages, not phone calls. Connect Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and the other eight platforms with your own app credentials and the same agent answers there, from the same knowledge base, inside each platform's own reply window. "How much for something like this?" gets the honest answer you wrote, the questions about the property, and an estimate visit offered from your real open slots.

The Messenger handle is attached to the same contact as the email and the phone number, so when the same homeowner calls the number on your truck a week later, the agent already knows they asked about the patio. Every DM lands in the same inbox as the calls and the texts, and you can take any thread over yourself and hand it back when you are done.

The agent's Social tab: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X as a grid of platform cards, each connected with your own app credentials.

The four things that fill a landscaping route for the season

Each one answers a problem above, and each one runs while every crew is out.

Speed

Answered the second it arrives

The 7am text with a photo of the yard, the 11am call that used to ring out, the 9pm chat on the website and the Sunday Messenger enquiry are all answered the moment they arrive, from your material, on the channel they arrived on, with an estimate visit offered in the same conversation.

Booking

A visit on the calendar, not a message

The agent offers the real open times on your calendar and writes the one the homeowner picks into it, while they are still on the line. The estimator opens the calendar in the morning and the visit is there, with the address and the notes.

Persistence

The quote chased until it answers

Email on day one, text on day three, text on day seven, call on day ten, for as long as you set. The sequence runs to the end on every quote unless the homeowner replies, books or opts out, and it does not stop because the crews are behind.

Memory

One homeowner, one history

The Messenger enquiry, the estimate visit, the quote, the "yes" in April and the aeration reply in September are one contact. The agent reads the whole history before it replies, so last year's customer is not asked for their address.

And you can see exactly which enquiries became routes

Every call, text, chat, DM, quote, booking and job is recorded against a homeowner and reported as a funnel, per agent and across the account. This is the part that tells you whether the aeration campaign was worth sending.

The Bold Agent Kit dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

The funnel counts people, not messages: how many the agent reached, how many replied, how many went on to visit your site, how many booked or bought, with the total value won and the median time from first contact to the job. Set a goal with a dollar value on a booked estimate visit, on a signed weekly customer for the season, or on a snow contract, and each campaign reports what it brought in rather than how many texts it sent.

Below the funnel, a channel table shows where each homeowner first made contact and which channel they were on when they booked, so you learn whether the spring enquiries are coming from the phone, the website chat or Messenger, and which one the quotes close on. One row per homeowner shows the whole history in order: the DM in March, the visit, the quote, the text on day seven that got the reply. With a one-line snippet on your site, a visit trigger can follow up when a known homeowner opens the pricing page again and leaves without booking.

Built from the cookie, email address and phone number attached to that contact, so activity months apart on different channels appears on one row.

A journey row for one contact: their address, then every email reply in order along a single line, with earlier events folded up behind a +5.
Visit triggers

Follow up on a return visit

Page goals and visit triggers require a one-line snippet on your website. Conversations, bookings and manually marking a deal won work without it.

A saved visit trigger: when a lead visits /thank-you, email me after 20 minutes, once per 7 days, with a fired count and an on switch.

What a landscaping front office normally takes, and what it takes here

Each of these is usually a separate service or a separate tool, and most of them are priced per call, per conversation, per contact or per seat. Here they are one plan.

Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month, or $200 a year, for the whole account: every agent, every channel, every crew's calendar, no per-call, per-chat or per-contact charge. The only other costs are your carrier's, for the calls and texts, and your AI provider's, typically a few dollars a month per agent.

What landscaping companies put an agent on

The same agent covers all of these. Many companies run one for maintenance and one for design and build, or one per branch, each with its own number and knowledge base.

It books your calendar, updates your CRM and knows what they bought

Connect the tools you already run and the agent works them like an assistant would: it takes appointments straight into your calendar, writes notes and outcomes back to the CRM, and reads your store to see what somebody has bought before it answers them.

Bookings are real, not guesses. It is only ever given slots that are genuinely free, and it can only take one it actually offered — so it cannot invent a time or double-book you. The same connection pulls a segment of past customers into a list when you want to run a campaign at them.

None of it matters if the email lands in spam

A new address sending forty cold emails a day gets filtered, and takes the domain with it. Mailboxes that opt into warm-up send each other ordinary mail on a ramp, starting at five a day. The receiving mailbox finds each message, moves it out of spam if it landed there, marks it read and replies to a share of them.

Each mailbox carries a health score out of 100 — SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain, seven days of real sends and bounces, and where its own warm-up mail is landing — with the reasons listed. A mailbox whose bounce rate or spam placement passes a threshold is pulled out of campaign rotation automatically, before it damages the domain.

Live before the first warm weekend, and nothing sends until you say so

Three steps. Inbound answering can be switched on the same afternoon. A campaign is created as a draft and shows you the whole plan, every customer and every step, before it sends anything.

Build the landscaping agent

Name it, choose a model and paste your API key. Then give it what it needs to answer a homeowner who wants their yard done: your service area as a data point, the services you offer and the ones you do not, the starting price for weekly mowing and what it includes, how billing works, how soon an estimate visit can happen, and the pricing and services pages on your own site it may link to.

Write the instructions last: how it should speak on the phone, what to ask about the property before offering a visit, which offers it may make on a quote follow-up, and the exact situations in which it should stop and fetch you. A large design-and-build enquiry, a commercial property and a complaint about a current job are the usual three.

Connect the number, the chat, the DMs and the calendar

Add a Twilio number for calls and texts, the mailbox your quotes go out from, the chat snippet for your website, and the Facebook and Instagram accounts where the photos bring the enquiries. Each one runs on your own account, so the number on the truck is the number that answers.

Then connect the calendar the estimator runs from and the CRM that holds the customers: Jobber, Housecall Pro, HubSpot or GoHighLevel. The agent reads the customer before it replies, books estimate visits into real open slots, writes the outcome back, and pulls last year's customers into a list when the aeration reminder is due.

Switch inbound on, then build the seasonal campaigns

Switch answering on for calls, texts, chat and DMs, and the agent starts working what already arrives. Then build the quote follow-up and the seasonal reminders as campaigns: set the days, hours and time zone anything may send, and read the whole plan on the review screen. Nothing leaves until you press Start.

Then watch the inbox. Enquiries and replies are worked by the agent; the situations you named come to you; a booking or a reply ends the sequence. Pause the aeration campaign when the schedule fills and resume it when a crew has room.

One account, unlimited agents

One account runs unlimited agents, one per client, and nothing is shared between them. A knowledge base belongs to a single agent, and content from one agent is never used to generate replies for another.

Invite a client by email address and they get their own login, which opens onto the one agent you gave them: its conversations, its numbers, its analytics and a reply box. They cannot see your other clients, your API keys, your settings or your billing. Access is deny-by-default.

Before you sign up

Can AI agents for landscaping companies answer the phone while my crews are out?

Yes, on your own Twilio number. The agent hears and speaks in real time, using your provider's fastest model so it does not leave silences, and works from the script you saved: your service area, your services, your starting prices and how soon an estimate visit can happen. It offers the real open slots on your connected calendar and books the one the caller picks while they are on the line. Every call leaves a transcript and a recording in the inbox. Answering and dialling are separate switches, so it can pick up the inbound line without ever placing an outbound call if that is all you want.

How does it book the estimate visit, and what goes into Jobber or Housecall Pro?

You connect the calendar the estimator runs from, whether that is Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly or Cal.com, and the agent is given the slots that are genuinely free for the week ahead. It offers a few, the homeowner picks one, the choice is checked against what was offered, written to the calendar and confirmed in the reply. It cannot book a time that was not free and it cannot cancel a visit it was not shown. The booking, the address and the notes are written back to the CRM against that customer.

Can it sign customers up for weekly mowing?

It does everything up to the signature. It answers what the weekly service includes and what it starts at, from your material; it follows up the quote by email, text and call until the homeowner answers; and when they say "yes, let's start" it offers the real open slots for the first visit and books it. The sign-up itself, the agreement and the payment details, is done by you or on the page of your own site you allowed the agent to link to. It links to that page and nothing else, and it tells you in the inbox when a customer has said yes.

Can it send aeration, fall cleanup and snow reminders to past customers?

Yes. Pull a segment out of the connected CRM, such as everyone on the route last year or everyone who had aeration two seasons ago, into a contact list, and run a campaign at it: a text and an email on the days you set, inside the sending window, with a Reply STOP line. When a customer replies "yes", the agent offers the real open slots and books the visit. When they opt out, the sequence ends on every channel and anything queued is cancelled. The campaign reports how many booked and what it was worth, so you know by October whether the aeration run paid.

Will it follow up quotes by text?

By text, email and phone, on the days you set. Build a campaign with the steps you want, each with its own delay and send condition: an email on day one, a text on day three if the email was not opened, a text on day seven, a call on day ten. It runs inside the days, hours and time zone you allow, and stops the moment the homeowner replies, books or opts out on any channel. With the CRM connected it reads what was quoted for that property before it writes, and the text step carries an hourly pace per number and the Reply STOP line.

What about the enquiries that come in on Facebook and Instagram?

The same agent answers them. Connect Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and the other platforms with your own app credentials, and every DM is answered from the same knowledge base, inside each platform's own reply window, with the same estimate visit offered from your real open slots. The Messenger handle is attached to the same contact as the email address and the phone number, so a homeowner who messages about a photo and then calls the truck is one person with one history. Every DM lands in the same inbox as the calls and the texts.

What happens with a question it cannot answer, like a price for a big install?

It says what you told it to say, and fetches you. The agent answers only from the material you gave it: your documents, your Q&A pairs, your data points and the pages you allowed. A patio or a full design-and-build is exactly the kind of enquiry you write a rule for: it takes the details of the property and the project, tells the homeowner an estimator will be in touch, and lands the thread in your inbox with the agent standing down. You reply yourself or book the visit, and hand the thread back when you are done. It never invents a price.

What do AI agents for landscaping companies cost in the off-season?

The same as in March: $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, with a 7-day free trial. That includes unlimited agents, so one for maintenance and one for design and build, or one per branch, costs the same as one. There are no per-seat, per-agent, per-channel, per-message, per-call or per-conversation charges, so the three weeks of the spring rush cost no more than a quiet January. You hold the account with your AI provider and paste in your own key, and the model usage is billed to you at cost, usually a few dollars a month. Your carrier bills you for the calls and texts as it does now.

The same agent, in other industries

One subscription, unlimited agents. What changes is the knowledge base, the channels and the instructions.

The spring rush gets answered.

Build the agent, connect the number and the calendar, switch answering on. The March enquiries are booked while the crews are out, the quotes are chased until they answer, and the fall reminders go out on the day.
