Use case / Cold email

Cold email that lands,
and answers its own replies.

As many mailboxes as you connect, warmed up on a ramp and scored out of 100, rotated by the campaign and rested automatically if one starts to fail. Sequences that follow up on an open or a click, and an agent that answers the replies and books the meeting instead of leaving them in an inbox.

None of it matters if the email lands in spam

Cold email fails quietly. The sends look fine; the replies just never come.

01

A new address burns the domain

A mailbox that starts at forty cold emails a day gets filtered within the week, and takes the domain's reputation with it.

02

You find out from the bounces

By the time the bounce rate is visible in a spreadsheet, the damage is done. Nothing pulled the address out of rotation when it started to slip.

03

The replies sit in an inbox nobody reads

A campaign that produces twenty replies produces twenty jobs for a person. The interested ones wait behind the out-of-office ones.

04

The tool charges per mailbox

The way to send more safely is more mailboxes at lower volume. The outreach tool prices exactly that out of reach.

What the agent does with a cold email campaign

It protects the mailboxes, runs the sequence, and works the replies.

01 / Warms up

And watches every mailbox

Opted-in mailboxes send each other ordinary mail on a ramp, starting at five a day; the receiving side rescues it from spam and replies to a share. Each mailbox carries a health score out of 100 with the reasons listed.

02 / Sends

On conditions, within caps

Send a step only if they opened, or did not; clicked, or did not. Hourly caps per mailbox, a daily cap per sender, one reply per thread, and a one-click unsubscribe honoured even on queued mail.

03 / Answers

The replies, and books the meeting

A reply is worked by the agent from your Q&A pairs rather than landing in an inbox. Bounces, out-of-office and no-reply addresses are ignored. When someone is ready, it offers real slots and books.

Three mailboxes, each scored, one resting

The Email tab shows every mailbox on the agent: its health score, its warm-up day, where its warm-up mail is landing, SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the domain, and whether it is active in campaign rotation.

A mailbox whose bounce rate or spam placement crosses a threshold is pulled out of rotation automatically, before it damages the domain. Bring it back when the score recovers.

An agent's Email tab with three mailboxes connected, each showing a Good 90 health score, warm-up day and inbox placement, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, and an Active toggle.

Deliverability built in, not bought separately

Everything an outreach tool charges for, on the one plan, with no per-mailbox fee.

Mailboxes

As many as you connect

Gmail and Outlook with an app password; anything else as SMTP and IMAP. Mail goes through your own server, so the reputation stays on your domain.

Rotation

The campaign spreads the sends

A campaign rotates between the agent's mailboxes, so each stays under the volume that gets it filtered.

Then text, then call

When the email is not opened

The same campaign can text on day 2 and call on day 5, so an ignored email is not the end of the sequence.

Attribution

Opens, clicks, replies, meetings

Recorded per campaign and added to each person's history. The funnel counts people reached, replied, visited and converted, with value won.

What you connect

Mailboxes, on domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up (the health score tells you if they are not). A calendar for the meetings. A number if you want the text and call steps.

How does warm-up work?

Mailboxes that opt in send each other ordinary mail on a ramp, starting at five a day. The receiving mailbox finds each message, moves it out of spam if it landed there, marks it read and replies to a share of them. Warm-up day and placement show on the mailbox card.

What is in the health score?

SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain, seven days of real sends and bounces, and where the mailbox's own warm-up mail is landing, scored out of 100 with the reasons listed. Cross the bounce or spam threshold and the mailbox leaves campaign rotation on its own.

Is there a per-mailbox or per-contact price?

No. The plan is $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, with as many mailboxes per agent as you connect and unlimited contacts and lists. You pay your mail provider for the mailboxes, as you already do.

How does it handle unsubscribes?

Every campaign email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Anyone who uses it goes on a suppression list, is skipped by every future send, and any message already queued to them is cancelled. An opt-out on one channel stops the sequence on every channel.

Does the AI write the emails?

You write the templates, or paste the ones that already work, and the campaign sends them. The agent writes the replies, from your Q&A pairs and the material you gave it, and it books the meeting when the reply says yes.

The mailboxes start warming today.

Connect them, let the health score come up, load the list, and read the plan before the first send.
