The platforms an agent works: Gmail, SMS, phone, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Discord, X, Reddit, Bluesky, website chat, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce and more.

Multiple mailboxes per agent

An agent can hold as many mailboxes as you connect, and campaigns rotate between them. Gmail and Outlook need an app password. Any other provider is entered as an SMTP and IMAP host.

Mail is sent through your own server, not a shared relay, so the sending reputation stays on your domain. Replies come back over IMAP and are answered from the address they arrived at.

An agent's Email tab with three mailboxes connected, each showing a Good 90 health score, warm-up day and inbox placement, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, and an Active toggle — one address resting so campaigns skip it.

Inbound and outbound calls and texts

Text messaging works with Twilio, Telnyx, SimpleTexting, Plivo, Vonage, Sinch, Bandwidth, MessageBird and ClickSend. Calls run on Twilio, with separate switches for answering and dialling.

The agent hears and speaks in real time, and on a call it uses the fastest model your provider offers so it does not leave silences.

Transcription comes from Google or Deepgram, and the voice from Google, Amazon Polly or ElevenLabs. Bring your own ElevenLabs or Fish Audio key and it speaks with your own voice library — including one you cloned from a recording.

The text messages card in the campaign builder: which agent's number sends, texts per hour per number, a TCPA consent tick with the 9am to 8pm sending window and the Reply STOP line, and the opening text of the sequence.

A chat widget for your site

One line of script adds a widget in your colour, with your image and a greeting you write. It answers from the knowledge base and asks for an email address when the conversation is worth keeping.

That address links the visitor to the rest of their history, so the next time they email or call, the agent already knows them.

A website chat conversation in the Inbox: the visitor asks how much it is, the agent answers with the price and a link, the visitor's story is drawn across the top, and a reply box lets a person take the thread over.

Eleven DM platforms

Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X — each connected with your own app credentials and answered by the same agent.

Replies go out inside each platform's own reply window, and every conversation lands in the same inbox as your email and calls.

The agent's Social tab: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X as a grid of platform cards, each connected with your own app credentials.

You don’t lose deals on price.
You lose them on the follow-up.

Four things happen in almost every business that spends money on leads.

01

Speed to lead decides who wins

Whoever gets back first usually gets the job. Every hour a new enquiry sits unanswered is an hour it cools off — and enquiries do not only arrive between nine and five. One lands at 9pm, another on a Saturday, another in the middle of a job you cannot walk away from. By the time somebody has a minute, the person has messaged two competitors and had an answer from one of them.

02

Follow-up stops after the second try

Most leads get one message and maybe a chase, then the list goes quiet. Following up six or eight times, on the right day, is the job nobody in a small team ever has time to do.

03

Every channel is its own silo

The website chat, the business mobile, the shared inbox and the Instagram DMs are each watched by a different person, or by nobody. The same customer shows up in all four as four strangers.

04

You cannot tell what worked

No record of which channel produced the sale, which pages they read first, how long it took or what the lead was worth. So the ad spend and the effort get allocated on a guess.

One agent. Every channel. One brain behind all of it.

You build the agent once. From then on it works every channel you connect it to, on its own, without waiting for anybody.

01 / Build it once

It only says what you told it to say

One identity, one set of instructions, one knowledge base — your documents, your Q&A pairs, your prices and hours, the pages of your site it may link to. Every reply on every channel is generated from that same material, and stored alongside the content it used.

02 / Point it anywhere

Fifteen channels, the same agent

Email, text messages, phone calls, website chat and eleven social DM platforms. Connect the ones your customers actually use. The agent behaves identically on all of them, because it is the same agent.

03 / It remembers

One person, not four strangers

The cookie, the email address and the phone number belonging to one person are merged into one contact. The agent reads the whole history before it replies, so nobody repeats themselves and nothing gets pitched twice.

All fifteen channels arrive in one place

The inbox is not another channel. It is where every conversation the agents are having ends up: email, texts, call transcripts and recordings, website chat and social DMs, in one list, newest first, each row tagged with the channel it came in on. Filter it to a single channel, a single number or a single agent.

Reply in any thread yourself and the agent stands down on that conversation, so it never talks over you. Hand the thread back when you are finished and it picks up where you left it.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together — a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

The four things that actually move the number

Each one answers a problem above, and each one runs without anybody remembering to do it.

Speed

Replies in seconds

An enquiry at 11pm is answered at 11pm, on the channel it arrived on, from your knowledge base. No queue, no working hours, no "we'll get back to you".

Persistence

Follows up until there is an answer

An email on day 0, a text on day 2, a call on day 5, and on for as long as you want. It stops the moment they reply, book or opt out — on any channel.

Memory

Treats one person as one person

The DM, the email address and the phone number become one contact, with one history the agent reads before it writes anything.

Closing

Asks for the booking, and takes it

It answers the objection from your material, makes the offer you told it to make, then offers real slots and writes the appointment in. Not a booking link — the booking.

And you can see exactly what it earned you

Every send, reply, open, click, page view, booking and sale is recorded against a person, and reported as a funnel per agent and across all agents. This is the part that tells you where to spend more.

The Cold Snipe dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

The funnel counts people rather than messages: how many the agent reached, how many replied, how many went on to visit your website, and how many converted, with the total value won and the median time to convert. Below it, a channel table shows where each person first made contact and which channel they were on when they converted.

There is also a table of which pages known people read before buying, one row per person showing their full history in order, and goals you define with a dollar value attached. Triggers close the loop: when a known person visits a page you named, the agent either tells you or sends them a follow-up after a set delay, on the channel they last used.

A funnel of people, not messagesReached, replied, visited your site, converted — and the total value won.
Time to convertThe median time from first contact to the sale, so you know how long to wait.
Which channel closed itWhere each person first made contact, and the channel they were on when they bought.
The pages that precede a saleWhat the people you already know read before they converted.
One row per personEvery message, visit, call and booking for that contact, in order.
Triggers on a return visitThey land on a page you named, and it follows up on the channel they last used.
Journey view

Every event for one person

Built from the cookie, email address and phone number attached to that contact, so activity months apart on different channels appears on one row.

A journey row for one contact: their address, then every email reply in order along a single line, with earlier events folded up behind a +5.
Visit triggers

Follow up on a return visit

Page goals and visit triggers require a one-line snippet on your website. Conversations, bookings and manually marking a deal won work without it.

A saved visit trigger: when a lead visits /thank-you, email me after 20 minutes, once per 7 days — with a fired count and an on switch.

Our agent is all you need

That one subscription gives you everything. Each of these jobs is normally bought separately, and most of them are billed by usage — per conversation, per message, per minute, per contact. Here they are one plan.

Cold Snipe is $25 a month, or $200 a year, for the whole account — every agent, every channel, no seat tiers. The only other costs are your AI provider's usage, typically a few dollars a month per agent, and your phone carrier's, which you would be paying anyway.

What people put agents on

The same agent type covers all of these. Most accounts run several, one per brand, job or client.

It books your calendar, updates your CRM and knows what they bought

Connect the tools you already run and the agent works them like an assistant would: it takes appointments straight into your calendar, writes notes and outcomes back to the CRM, and reads your store to see what somebody has bought before it answers them.

Bookings are real, not guesses. It is only ever given slots that are genuinely free, and it can only take one it actually offered — so it cannot invent a time or double-book you. The same connection pulls a segment of past customers into a list when you want to run a campaign at them.

Powered by your own keys

Each agent uses a model on your own API key, in the same way it sends from your own mailbox and your own phone number. Sixteen providers are supported: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI and Mistral; DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, Qwen and MiniMax; Groq, Together, Fireworks and OpenRouter; and Ollama or any other OpenAI-compatible endpoint you host yourself.

Bring your own credentials and you own the whole stack: your model provider, your mailboxes, your carrier, your CRM. We charge for the software and nothing else — no token markup, no metering, no credit packs — so your provider bills you direct at their rates, usually a few dollars a month per agent.

None of it matters if the email lands in spam

A new address sending forty cold emails a day gets filtered, and takes the domain with it. Mailboxes that opt into warm-up send each other ordinary mail on a ramp, starting at five a day. The receiving mailbox finds each message, moves it out of spam if it landed there, marks it read and replies to a share of them.

Each mailbox carries a health score out of 100 — SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain, seven days of real sends and bounces, and where its own warm-up mail is landing — with the reasons listed. A mailbox whose bounce rate or spam placement passes a threshold is pulled out of campaign rotation automatically, before it damages the domain.

Live this afternoon, and nothing sends until you say so

Three steps. A campaign is created as a draft and shows you the whole plan before it sends anything.

Build the agent

Name it, choose a model and paste your API key. Then give it what it needs to answer: your documents, your question-and-answer pairs, your prices and hours as data points, and the pages of your own site it is allowed to link to.

Write the instructions last — how it should talk, what it should offer, and when it should stop and fetch you.

Connect the channels

Add one or more mailboxes, a phone number for texts and calls, the chat snippet for your website, and your social accounts. Each one runs on your own account, so the rates and the reputation stay yours.

Then add a calendar so it can book, and a CRM so it knows who it is talking to before it answers.

Run campaigns, or just inbound

Build a campaign across the channels you want, set the days and hours it may send, and read the whole plan on the review screen before starting it. Nothing leaves until you press Start.

Or create no campaign at all, switch inbound on, and let it answer what already arrives.

The extension runs as a Chrome side panel next to the page you have open. It extracts email addresses, phone numbers and social profile links from that page. A deep scan follows the pages of a domain most likely to carry contact details, and a domain queue accepts a CSV of sites and loads them one at a time.

It signs in with the same account as the dashboard, so contacts, lists, templates and agents are shared between the two. You can also draft and send a single email from the side panel without creating a campaign.

One account, unlimited agents

One account runs unlimited agents, one per client, and nothing is shared between them. A knowledge base belongs to a single agent, and content from one agent is never used to generate replies for another.

Invite a client by email address and they get their own login, which opens onto the one agent you gave them: its conversations, its numbers, its analytics and a reply box. They cannot see your other clients, your API keys, your settings or your billing. Access is deny-by-default.

What does an agent do on its own?

On the channels you switch it on for, it answers genuine incoming messages from that agent's knowledge base, offers calendar slots and books them, replies to campaign responses, and sends follow-ups when a trigger fires. It replies once per thread, respects a daily cap per sender and hourly caps per channel, and ignores bounces, out-of-office replies and no-reply addresses. Every response is stored with the material it was generated from.

What does bringing my own key actually mean?

You hold the account with the model provider, and paste that key into the agent. The software is ours; the model access is yours, billed to you directly at the provider's rates — usually a few dollars a month for a busy agent on a small model. Nothing is metered, marked up or sold as credits on our side, and you can change provider or model whenever you like without touching anything else.

How many agents can I have?

Unlimited. Each agent has its own identity, knowledge base, channels and analytics, and nothing is shared between them. There is no per-agent or per-channel charge; the plan is one price for the account.

What do I have to connect for each channel?

Email: a mailbox. Gmail and Outlook need only an app password; anything else is entered as an SMTP and IMAP host. Texts and calls: an account with one of the nine SMS providers, or Twilio if you also want phone calls. Website chat: one line of script on your site. Social: your own app credentials for each platform. An agent can run on one channel and have others added later.

Can it book appointments, or does it just send my booking link?

It books. The agent is given your real open slots for the week ahead and offers a few of them. When the customer picks one, that choice is checked against the slots that were offered, written to your calendar, and confirmed in the reply. It cannot book a time that was not free, and it cannot cancel an appointment it was not shown.

How does it know a DM and an email are the same person?

Every handle seen for a contact — browser cookie, email address, phone number, social account id — is attached to one record. When a new handle turns out to belong to an existing contact, the two records are merged and the history moves across. That record is what the journey view shows and what the agent reads before replying.

Will it start messaging people as soon as I set it up?

No. A campaign is created as a draft, shows the full plan on a review screen, and sends nothing until you press Start. Once running it can be paused and resumed, and it sends at a rate and inside hours you set. Auto-reply is a separate switch per channel, and calls have separate switches for answering and dialling.

How are unsubscribes and opt-outs handled?

Every campaign email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Anyone who uses it is added to a suppression list, skipped by every future send, and any message already queued to them is cancelled. An opt-out on one channel stops the sequence on all channels.

Can I use it for inbound only, with no cold outreach?

Yes. Connect an agent to support@, a phone number and the chat widget, load the knowledge base, and never create a campaign. The outbound half of the product is simply unused. It is the same subscription either way.

How does the referral program pay?

$50 for every yearly payment your referrals make, or $5 for every monthly one — recurring for as long as they stay subscribed, not just the first payment. Commissions are held for 30 days to cover the refund window, then become withdrawable once your balance passes $50. Your link, clicks and conversions are on the referrals page in the dashboard.

The next enquiry arrives tonight.

Build one agent, connect one channel, and see how it handles the ones that come in while you are asleep.
