AI agents for marketing agencies
that answer every client's leads.

AI agents for marketing agencies that answer the leads your campaigns produce the moment they arrive, on the client's own website chat, number, mailbox and social DMs, book the appointment into the client's calendar, and show the client which channel produced it. One agent per client, unlimited clients, on one account at one price.

7-day free trial · Cancel anytime

Every channel wired into one agent and out to the tools behind it: email, SMS, phone, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Discord, X, Reddit, Bluesky, website chat, campaign sequences and follow-ups on one side; HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Zoho Bookings, Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com, Square Appointments, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace on the other.

Each client gets an agent on their own channels, and nothing crosses between them

Every client on your account gets their own agent, with its own knowledge base, its own instructions, its own mailboxes, number and social connections, and its own analytics. A knowledge base belongs to one agent only, and content from one agent is never used to write a reply for another, so a dental practice and a roofing company can sit on the same account without either knowing. You can run two direct competitors and neither is any the wiser.

The channels are the client's. Instagram and Messenger connect with the client's app credentials, the number is on the client's carrier account, the mailbox is theirs. The reputation, the phone number and the conversations belong to the client, which is what they are paying you for.

The agent's Social tab: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X as a grid of platform cards, each connected with your own app credentials.

The form fill is answered in seconds, not the next morning

The lead your ad produced at 8pm is texted at 8pm from the client's number, emailed from the client's mailbox, and answered when they reply, from the prices, hours and services you loaded for that client. Agency lead response automation is a sequence you build once per client: the text on arrival, the email an hour later, the call the next morning if there is no reply, each with its own delay and send condition, inside the days and hours the client allows.

The sequence stops the moment the lead replies, books or opts out on any channel. The reply is worked by the agent, the objection is answered from the client's material, and real open slots from the client's calendar are offered and booked in the thread.

The text messages card in the campaign builder: which agent's number sends, texts per hour per number, a TCPA consent tick with the 9am to 8pm sending window and the Reply STOP line, and the opening text of the sequence.

The client logs in and sees their agent, and nothing of yours

Invite the client by email address and they get their own login, which opens onto the one agent you gave them: its inbox with every conversation on every channel, its numbers and mailboxes, its analytics, and a reply box so they can take over a thread themselves and hand it back. They do not see the knowledge base, the instructions, the campaign builder, your API keys, your settings, your billing or any other client. Access is deny-by-default.

This is what white label means here: the client experiences a communication dashboard you set up and keep sharp. It does not put your logo on the product or run on your domain, and we do not claim it does.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

Which channel produced the booking, per client, without a spreadsheet

Each agent has its own funnel: how many people it reached, how many replied, how many visited the client's site, how many converted, and the value won against goals with a dollar figure. Below it, a channel table shows where each person first made contact and which channel they were on when they booked, so the client sees that the Messenger leads book and the form leads do not.

One row per lead shows the whole journey in order: the ad click, the text, the reply, the booking. That is the monthly report, already written, on a screen the client can open on the first of the month before you have.

The Bold Agent Kit dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

AI agents for marketing agencies that make the leads you generate turn into bookings the client can see

An agency does not have a lead problem. The campaigns work, the form fills arrive, and the retainer is lost anyway, because the client answered the lead on Tuesday for an enquiry that came in on Saturday night. Every agency has had the renewal conversation where the client says the leads were poor and the agency knows the leads were fine and were simply never called. AI for digital marketing agencies, done properly, is about that gap: the minutes between the lead arriving and somebody answering it, and the weeks between the first reply and the booking.

Bold Agent Kit lets you put one agent on each client, on the client's own channels. You give it that client's prices, hours and services as data points, their FAQ and their offer as documents and Q&A pairs, the pages of their site it may link to, and instructions on how to talk. It then answers the website chat, the text to the client's number, the email to the client's mailbox, the phone call and the Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp DMs, in seconds, at any hour, from that material and nothing else.

It closes what it answers. Connect the client's Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity Scheduling, Square Appointments, Zoho Bookings or HubSpot Meetings and the agent offers real open slots and books the one the lead picks. Connect their HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or Jobber and it reads the contact before it replies and writes the outcome back. When a lead does not reply, a sequence you built for that client follows up by text, email and call until they book or opt out.

The client sees all of it. Invite them by email and they get a login onto their agent and nothing else: the conversations, the numbers, the funnel, the channel that produced each booking, and a reply box. Client reporting automation here is not a PDF you assemble on the last day of the month. It is a dashboard that was already true on the first.

And it costs you the same however many clients you add. The plan is $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, with unlimited agents, no per-client, per-seat or per-conversation charge, and we take no percentage of what you bill. The model runs on a key you or the client holds, with sixteen providers to choose from, billed at cost by the provider. Add AI agents to your agency services and the margin is yours to set.

The ads work. The follow-up is where the retainer is lost.

Four things happen after the lead arrives, and every one of them is blamed on the agency at renewal.

01

The lead is answered the next day, by the client

The form fill lands in the client's inbox at 8pm on Saturday. Somebody at the client reads it on Monday, calls at lunchtime, gets voicemail, and moves on. The lead had booked with a competitor by Sunday. The ad did its job, the campaign report shows the cost per lead was fine, and the client still says the leads were no good.

02

The client cannot see what the ads produced

The report shows impressions, clicks and form fills. It does not show that the Messenger lead booked and the form lead did not, because the booking happened in a phone call nobody logged. Without that line from ad to booking, the renewal is an argument about impressions.

03

Every client needs a different answer, and you have one team

The dentist needs the agent to know about implants and the parking. The roofer needs it to know about the storm-damage inspection. An account manager cannot hold twenty knowledge bases in their head, and a shared bot with one script sounds like nobody's business.

04

The tools are priced per client, per seat, per conversation

A speed-to-lead service, a missed-call text-back, a chat widget, an appointment setter, a client-facing dashboard, each a separate subscription, each priced by the sub-account. Adding a client means adding cost before the client has paid a cent, and the margin on the retainer goes to the tool stack.

One agent per client. Every channel. The client sees the result.

You build each client's agent once, on their channels, with their material. From then on it answers and books on its own, and the client logs in to watch it work.

01 / Isolated

One agent per client, and nothing shared

Unlimited agents on one account. Each has its own identity, knowledge base, instructions, channels, key and analytics. A knowledge base belongs to one agent only and its content is never used to write a reply for another. Client logins are scoped to one agent and deny everything else by default. Twenty clients, twenty agents, one bill.

02 / Answers and books

On the client's channels, from the client's material

The website chat, the text to the client's number, the email, the call and the social DMs are answered in seconds from that client's prices, hours and offers. Real open slots from the client's calendar are offered and booked in the reply, notes are written back to the client's CRM, and a follow-up sequence chases the lead who went quiet until they book or opt out.

03 / Visible

A login for the client, a funnel for the renewal

Invite the client and they see their agent's inbox, numbers and analytics: reached, replied, visited, booked, value won, and the channel that produced each booking. They do not see your account, your keys, your other clients or your billing. The monthly report is a screen they can open any day.

A white label AI agent for agencies, in the sense that matters to the client

The client's login opens onto their agent's inbox: every website chat, text, call transcript and DM the agent has had for them, in one list, newest first, tagged with the channel. They can filter it to one number or one channel, read any thread, and reply in it themselves, at which point the agent stands down on that conversation until they hand it back. Their numbers, their mailboxes and their funnel are on the same login.

What they do not see is everything else: the knowledge base you built, the instructions you wrote, the campaign sequence, your API keys, your account settings, your billing, and the nineteen other agents on your account. That is the whole of the white label claim here. It does not carry your logo or run on your domain, and we say so, because agencies that promise clients a branded portal and deliver something else lose the client.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

The four things that actually get an agency retainer renewed

Each one answers a problem above, and each one runs for every client without an account manager remembering.

Speed

The lead answered on arrival

The 8pm form fill is texted at 8pm from the client's number and emailed from their mailbox, with the question answered from their material. The client's Monday is no longer the bottleneck.

Isolation

Twenty clients, nothing shared

Each client's agent has its own knowledge base, channels, key and login. A reply for the dentist is never written from the roofer's material, and neither client can see the other exists.

Attribution

The channel that produced the booking

Per client, where each lead first made contact and the channel they booked on, with the value won against a goal you set. The line from ad spend to appointment, on a screen.

Margin

One price for the account

$25 a month however many clients you add. No sub-account fee, no per-seat charge, no per-conversation metering, and no percentage of what you bill the client.

Client reporting automation that is true on the first of the month

Every send, reply, chat, call, booking and sale is recorded against a person and reported as a funnel, per agent, which means per client. This is the part of the renewal conversation that used to be a spreadsheet.

The Bold Agent Kit dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

Each client's funnel counts people rather than messages: how many the agent reached, how many replied, how many went on to visit the client's site, and how many converted, with the total value won and the median time from first contact to the booking. Goals carry a dollar value, so a booked consultation or a job won reports what the campaign brought the client, not how many texts it sent. Across all agents you see the same funnel for the whole book of clients.

Below the funnel, a channel table shows where each person first made contact and which channel they were on when they converted. That is the answer to "which of the channels you are running actually produces customers", per client, without a spreadsheet. One row per lead shows the full journey in order, and with the one-line snippet on the client's site, a table of which pages known leads read before booking and triggers that follow up when a known lead returns to the pricing page.

One row per leadThe ad click, the text, the reply, the booking, in order, with timestamps.
Goals with the client's valueA consultation booked or a job won, each with a dollar figure, so the retainer has a number next to it.
Journey view

Every event for one person

Built from the cookie, email address and phone number attached to that contact, so activity months apart on different channels appears on one row.

A journey row for one contact: their address, then every email reply in order along a single line, with earlier events folded up behind a +5.
Visit triggers

Follow up on a return visit

Page goals and visit triggers require a one-line snippet on your website. Conversations, bookings and manually marking a deal won work without it.

A saved visit trigger: when a lead visits /thank-you, email me after 20 minutes, once per 7 days, with a fired count and an on switch.

What an agency's lead-response stack normally costs, and what it costs here

Each of these is usually a separate subscription priced by sub-account, seat or conversation, and each one is paid before the client has. Here they are one plan for the whole account.

Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month, or $200 a year, for the whole account: every client, every agent, every channel, no sub-account or seat tier, and no percentage of what you charge. The only other costs are the carrier's, for texts and calls on the client's number, and the AI provider's, typically a few dollars a month per agent, on whichever key you choose to hold.

What agencies put agents on

The same agent covers all of these. Most agencies run one per client and one for their own pipeline.

It books your calendar, updates your CRM and knows what they bought

Connect the tools you already run and the agent works them like an assistant would: it takes appointments straight into your calendar, writes notes and outcomes back to the CRM, and reads your store to see what somebody has bought before it answers them.

Bookings are real, not guesses. It is only ever given slots that are genuinely free, and it can only take one it actually offered — so it cannot invent a time or double-book you. The same connection pulls a segment of past customers into a list when you want to run a campaign at them.

Powered by your own keys

Each agent uses a model on your own API key, in the same way it sends from your own mailbox and your own phone number. Sixteen providers are supported: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI and Mistral; DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, Qwen and MiniMax; Groq, Together, Fireworks and OpenRouter; and Ollama or any other OpenAI-compatible endpoint you host yourself.

Bring your own credentials and you own the whole stack: your model provider, your mailboxes, your carrier, your CRM. We charge for the software and nothing else — no token markup, no metering, no credit packs — so your provider bills you direct at their rates, usually a few dollars a month per agent.

None of it matters if the email lands in spam

A new address sending forty cold emails a day gets filtered, and takes the domain with it. Mailboxes that opt into warm-up send each other ordinary mail on a ramp, starting at five a day. The receiving mailbox finds each message, moves it out of spam if it landed there, marks it read and replies to a share of them.

Each mailbox carries a health score out of 100 — SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain, seven days of real sends and bounces, and where its own warm-up mail is landing — with the reasons listed. A mailbox whose bounce rate or spam placement passes a threshold is pulled out of campaign rotation automatically, before it damages the domain.

AI agents for marketing agencies go live for a client this afternoon, and nothing sends until you say so

Three steps per client. Inbound switches on per channel. A campaign is created as a draft and shows the whole plan before it sends anything.

Build the client's agent from their material

Name it after the client, choose a model and paste a key, yours or theirs. Then give it what that client's front desk knows: their services and prices as data points, their hours, their FAQ and their offer as documents and Q&A pairs, and the pages of their site it is allowed to link to, read and stored verbatim.

Write the instructions last, in the client's voice: how it should talk, what it should offer, that it should always offer a slot, and when it should stop and fetch a person. Repeat the shape for the next client and enter their material fresh. The knowledge base is that agent's alone.

Connect the client's channels and calendar

Put the one line of chat script on the client's site, add their number for texts and calls on their carrier account, connect their mailbox with an app password or as an SMTP and IMAP host, and their Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp with their app credentials. Each is a separate switch.

Then connect the client's calendar so the agent can book, and their CRM so it reads the contact before it answers and writes the outcome back. Invite the client by email when the agent is ready to be seen.

Switch inbound on, build the follow-up, press Start

Switch auto-reply on for the channels the client is ready to hand over and the agent answers what arrives. Build the follow-up sequence for the leads that go quiet, set the days, hours and time zone the client allows, and read the whole plan on the review screen. Nothing leaves until you press Start.

Then watch the client's inbox alongside your own. Replies are worked by the agent, the conversations you named are handed to a person, and the funnel fills in for the renewal. Pause a campaign while the client is closed for the holidays and resume it after.

What are AI agents for marketing agencies, and what do they replace?

One agent per client, on the client's own channels, that answers the leads your campaigns produce the moment they arrive and books the appointment. It replaces the speed-to-lead tool, the missed-call text-back, the chat widget, the appointment setter and the client-facing dashboard, each of which is normally a separate subscription priced by sub-account. The agent answers website chat, texts, email, phone calls and eleven social DM platforms from that client's prices, hours and offers, offers real open slots from the client's calendar, follows up the lead who went quiet, and reports the funnel and the channel that produced each booking on a login the client can open.

Is it white label?

In the sense that matters to the client, yes: they get their own login onto a dashboard for their agent, with its conversations, numbers, analytics and a reply box, and nothing about your account or the builder is visible to them. It does not put your logo on the product or run on your own domain, and we do not claim it does. What the client experiences is a communication dashboard you set up and keep sharp. If a prospect asks whether it is a branded portal, the honest answer is that it is their own login onto their own agent, and that is usually what they wanted.

What exactly does my client see when they log in?

One agent, the one you gave them. Its inbox with every conversation on every channel, newest first and tagged by channel; its numbers and mailboxes; its analytics, meaning the funnel, the channel table, the journeys and the value won; and a reply box so they can take over a thread and hand it back. They do not see the knowledge base, the instructions, the campaign builder, your API keys, your account settings, your billing, or any other client on your account. Access is deny-by-default: anything you did not give them is invisible.

Can one client's data leak into another client's agent?

No. A knowledge base belongs to one agent, and content from one agent is never used to generate a reply for another. Each agent has its own channels, keys, contacts, campaigns and analytics. Client logins are scoped to one agent and deny everything else by default. You can run two direct competitors on the same account and neither will know the other is there. When you repeat the shape of one client's setup for the next, the material is entered fresh for that agent, and the first client's documents never touch it.

Whose AI key, phone number and mailbox does a client's agent run on?

The channels are the client's: the number is on their carrier account, the mailbox is on their domain, the social connections use their app credentials, so the reputation and the conversations belong to them. The AI key is either. Sixteen providers are supported and each agent has its own key. Many agencies put the agent on a key the client holds, so model usage is billed to the client at cost by their provider, usually a few dollars a month. Others hold the keys and fold the cost into the retainer. Keys are stored encrypted and sent nowhere but the provider.

How do I show a client which channel produced the booking?

Open their agent's analytics, or let them open it on their own login. The funnel counts people reached, replied, visited and converted, with value won against goals you set with a dollar figure. Below it, a channel table shows where each person first made contact and which channel they were on when they booked, so the client sees that the Messenger leads book and the form leads do not. One row per lead shows the full journey in order. Page-level attribution and return-visit triggers need the one-line snippet on the client's site; conversations, bookings and manual wins do not.

What does it cost with twenty clients?

The same as with one. The plan is $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, with unlimited agents and a 7-day free trial. There is no per-client, per-sub-account, per-seat or per-conversation charge, and we take no percentage of what you bill. The costs that scale are the carrier's, for texts and calls on each client's number, and the AI provider's, on whichever key runs each agent, both at cost and typically a few dollars a month per agent. What you charge the client for the agent is yours to decide.

Can I use AI agents for marketing agencies on my own pipeline as well?

Yes, and most agencies do. Build one more agent for the agency itself, connect your own mailboxes with warm-up and a health score each, your number and your website chat, and run an outbound sequence at a prospect list: email on day 0, text on day 2, call on day 5. The Chrome side panel pulls contacts off any page you have open. The agent answers the reply from your case studies and pricing, books the discovery call into your calendar, and reports the funnel. If a prospect would rather hold their own account, refer them with your link and earn $50 on every yearly payment or $5 on every monthly one, for as long as they stay.
