Build and sell agents
to your clients. Unlimited.

One Bold Agent Kit account runs as many agents as you have clients, for $25 a month. You build the agent, connect their channels, and hand them a login onto their own dashboard. What you charge for it is yours. And you are not doing it alone: the community, with Thomas Unise in it, is there to help you land and keep the work.

7-day free trial · $25 a month · Unlimited agents and clients

Every channel wired into one agent and out to the tools behind it: email, SMS, phone, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Discord, X, Reddit, Bluesky, website chat, campaign sequences and follow-ups on one side; HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Zoho Bookings, Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com, Square Appointments, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace on the other.

One agent per client, built in an afternoon

Name the agent after the client, paste an API key, and load what it needs to know: their documents, their question-and-answer pairs, their prices and hours, the pages of their site it may link to. Then connect their channels: a mailbox, a number, the chat widget on their website, their social accounts. Each one runs on the client’s own accounts, so the sending reputation and the phone number are theirs.

Nothing crosses between agents. A knowledge base belongs to one agent, and content from one client is never used to write a reply for another. You can run a plumber, a dentist and a law firm on one account without any of them knowing the others exist.

A website chat conversation in the Inbox: the visitor asks how much it is, the agent answers with the price and a link, the visitor's story is drawn across the top, and a reply box lets a person take the thread over.

The client sees their dashboard, not your builder

Invite the client by email address and they get their own login, which opens onto the one agent you gave them: its conversations, its numbers, its analytics and a reply box so they can step into a thread themselves. That is the whole of what they see.

They cannot see your other clients, your API keys, your settings, the knowledge base you built or your billing. Access is deny-by-default. To the client it is their communication dashboard; the building stays with you, which is the part they are paying you for.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

A funnel per client, so the renewal conversation writes itself

Every agent has its own analytics: how many people it reached, how many replied, how many visited the site, how many converted, and the value won against goals you set with a dollar figure. The client opens their login and sees what their agent produced this month, in numbers they understand.

That is the report you would otherwise be building by hand on the last Friday of the month, and it is the reason a client stays: the agent booked eleven jobs, here they are, one row per person.

The Bold Agent Kit dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

Your fee, and a referral on top

What you charge a client for building and running their agent is between you and them; we take no percentage of it. The subscription is $25 a month for your whole account, however many clients are on it, and the AI runs on keys billed by the provider at cost.

If a client would rather hold their own account, refer them. The referral program pays $50 for every yearly payment they make, or $5 for every monthly one, for as long as they stay subscribed. Your link, clicks and conversions are on the referrals page in the dashboard.

The text messages card in the campaign builder: which agent's number sends, texts per hour per number, a TCPA consent tick with the 9am to 8pm sending window and the Reply STOP line, and the opening text of the sequence.

The opportunity: a service every local business is already trying to buy

Every plumber, clinic, agency, gym and law firm has the same problem. Leads arrive at 9pm, on a Saturday, in the middle of a job, on five different channels, and most of them are answered late or not at all. They know it. They have paid for an answering service, a chat widget, an SMS tool and a booking link, and none of it follows up. What they want is somebody to make the whole thing work, and to keep it working.

That somebody can be you. Bold Agent Kit gives you the platform: one agent that answers email, texts, phone calls, website chat and social DMs from a knowledge base you build, follows up until the lead books, buys or opts out, and writes the appointment into the client’s calendar. You bring the part software cannot: sitting with the business owner, learning what their customers ask, writing the answers, and connecting the accounts. That work is worth money, every month, because the agent produces bookings every month.

The economics are simple. One account, $25 a month, unlimited agents. Each client gets their own agent and their own login onto it. Your cost does not rise with the tenth client or the fiftieth; what you charge each of them is yours. And the client’s own dashboard, with a funnel that shows what the agent won them, is the report that keeps them paying.

You are not doing it alone. The members’ community is where the people building on the platform compare notes, and Thomas Unise, who makes Bold Agent Kit, is in it. He will help you navigate the setup, and he will coach you through the sales conversations: what to say to the first client, what to charge, how to show the numbers at the end of the month. The product is the platform; the community is the rest of the business.

What your clients are paying for today, badly

Four bills most small businesses already have. Each one does part of the job and none of them follows up.

01

An answering service that takes a message

Somebody writes down a name and a number. The caller wanted a price and a time, and now they are waiting for a callback that competes with everything else in the owner’s day. Billed per call, per minute, or per month for a queue of missed opportunities.

02

A chat widget nobody is behind

It says “we’ll get back to you” and collects an email address for a reply that arrives tomorrow. Priced per conversation, on top of a monthly fee, and the conversation it was supposed to have never happens.

03

An SMS tool, a booking link, a CRM, unconnected

Each one is another login and another invoice. The text goes out, the link is sent, the CRM is three weeks behind, and the same customer is four strangers across four systems.

04

Nobody to make it all work

The owner does not have an afternoon to write the knowledge base, connect the mailbox, set the hours and read the campaign plan. They would pay someone who did. That is the job, and it is a monthly one, because the agent keeps producing.

How the business works

Build once per client. Hand over a login. Charge monthly for an agent that books their jobs while they sleep.

01 / Build

An agent, from the client’s own material

Sit with the owner. Learn what their customers ask. Write the answers as Q&A pairs, upload the documents, set the prices and hours, connect the mailbox, the number, the widget and the calendar. The agent answers from that and nothing else, and every reply is stored with the source it came from.

02 / Hand over

Their login, their dashboard

Invite the client into their agent. They see the inbox, the numbers, the analytics and a reply box. They do not see the builder, the knowledge base, your keys, your other clients or your billing. To them it is their communication dashboard; the work behind it stays with you.

03 / Keep

A report every month, without writing one

The client’s login shows what their agent won them: people reached, replied, booked, and the value against a goal with a dollar figure. You open the same screen and add the next thing: a campaign at their past customers, a second channel, a new offer.

White-label client access: they see the dashboard, not the builder

A client login opens onto one agent and one agent only. The inbox, with every conversation the agent is having on every channel, newest first, tagged with where it came from. The numbers and mailboxes on that agent. The analytics for that agent. A reply box, so the owner can step into a thread and take a customer over, and hand the thread back when they are done.

Everything that makes you the builder is out of sight: the knowledge base, the instructions, the campaign builder, the API keys, the account settings, the billing, and every other client on the account. You are the one who changes the answers and adds a channel. That is the retainer.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

The four things that make this a business rather than a side project

Each one is a property of the platform, and each one is what a client is paying for.

Margin

Flat cost, unlimited clients

$25 a month for the account, however many agents are on it. The AI runs on keys billed by the provider at cost, usually a few dollars a month per agent. Everything above that is yours.

Retention

The agent keeps producing

A website is built once and forgotten. An agent books jobs every week, and the client’s own dashboard shows them so. Nobody cancels the thing that filled Thursday.

Scale

Templates, reused

The Q&A pairs, the instructions, the sequences and the call scripts you wrote for one dentist are most of the work for the next one. The tenth client takes an afternoon.

Support

A community, and the founder in it

Six boards, open once you are signed in, where the people doing this compare notes. Thomas Unise helps with the setup and coaches you through the sales.

You are not selling this alone

The members’ forum is part of the account: six boards, visible once you are signed in, where the people building agents for clients talk about what they built, what they charged, what the client asked for and what actually got the booking. It is where the knowledge base for a roofer or a physio or a recruiter already exists, because someone else built one last month.

Thomas Unise, who makes Bold Agent Kit, is in it. He will help you navigate the setup, from the first API key to the first campaign. And he will coach you through the selling: how to find the first client, what to say in the first conversation, what to charge and how to say it, and how to show the numbers at the end of the month so the second month is never in doubt. Ask in the forum and you will get an answer from the person who built the thing.

Who does this

Three ways people build a business on the platform. Most start with one client they already know.

One account, unlimited agents

One account runs unlimited agents, one per client, and nothing is shared between them. A knowledge base belongs to a single agent, and content from one agent is never used to generate replies for another.

Invite a client by email address and they get their own login, which opens onto the one agent you gave them: its conversations, its numbers, its analytics and a reply box. They cannot see your other clients, your API keys, your settings or your billing. Access is deny-by-default.

It books your calendar, updates your CRM and knows what they bought

Connect the tools you already run and the agent works them like an assistant would: it takes appointments straight into your calendar, writes notes and outcomes back to the CRM, and reads your store to see what somebody has bought before it answers them.

Bookings are real, not guesses. It is only ever given slots that are genuinely free, and it can only take one it actually offered — so it cannot invent a time or double-book you. The same connection pulls a segment of past customers into a list when you want to run a campaign at them.

Powered by your own keys

Each agent uses a model on your own API key, in the same way it sends from your own mailbox and your own phone number. Sixteen providers are supported: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI and Mistral; DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, Qwen and MiniMax; Groq, Together, Fireworks and OpenRouter; and Ollama or any other OpenAI-compatible endpoint you host yourself.

Bring your own credentials and you own the whole stack: your model provider, your mailboxes, your carrier, your CRM. We charge for the software and nothing else — no token markup, no metering, no credit packs — so your provider bills you direct at their rates, usually a few dollars a month per agent.

Invite them in, and bill monthly

Invite the client by email address. They get a login onto their agent: inbox, numbers, analytics, reply box. They do not see the builder, your keys, your settings, your billing or anyone else on your account.

Each month the funnel in their login shows what the agent reached, who replied, what it booked and what that was worth. That is the report. You charge for building it, keeping it sharp and adding the next thing, and the price is yours to set.

Before you start

Do I need a special agency plan to sell agents to clients?

No. The one plan is the agency plan: $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, with unlimited agents on it. You build one agent per client, invite each client into their own agent, and your cost does not change with the number of clients. There is no per-seat, per-sub-account or per-client price, and we take no percentage of what you charge.

What exactly does my client see when they log in?

One agent, the one you gave them. Its inbox with every conversation on every channel, its numbers and mailboxes, its analytics, and a reply box so they can take over a thread themselves and hand it back. They do not see the knowledge base, the instructions, the campaign builder, your API keys, your account settings, your billing, or any other client on your account. Access is deny-by-default.

Is it white label?

In the sense that matters to the client, yes: they get their own login onto a dashboard for their agent, and nothing about the builder or your account is visible to them. It does not put your logo on the product or run on your own domain, and we do not claim that it does. What the client experiences is a communication dashboard that you set up and keep sharp.

Whose AI key does a client's agent run on?

Either. Sixteen providers are supported, and each agent has its own key. Many builders put the agent on a key the client holds, so the model usage is billed to the client directly by their provider at cost, usually a few dollars a month for a busy agent. Others hold the keys themselves and fold the cost into their fee. Keys are stored encrypted and sent nowhere but the provider.

What should I charge?

That is yours to decide and we do not set it. The community is where people talk about what they charge and how they present it, and Thomas Unise coaches on exactly this: what to say in the first conversation, how to price the build and the monthly retainer, and how to show the funnel at the end of the month so the renewal is never in doubt.

What is the community, and who is in it?

A members' forum with six boards, visible once you are signed in, where people building on the platform compare notes: what they built for a given trade, what they charged, what the client asked for, which channel got the booking. Thomas Unise, who makes Bold Agent Kit, is in it and answers questions on setup and on selling.

How does the referral program work alongside this?

If a business would rather hold its own account than sit on yours, refer them with your link. You are paid $50 for every yearly payment they make, or $5 for every monthly one, recurring for as long as they stay subscribed. Commissions are held for 30 days to cover the refund window and become withdrawable once your balance passes $50. Your link, clicks and conversions are on the referrals page in the dashboard.

Can a client's data ever leak into another client's agent?

No. A knowledge base belongs to one agent, and content from one agent is never used to generate a reply for another. Each agent has its own channels, keys, contacts and analytics. Client logins are scoped to one agent and deny everything else by default. You can run direct competitors on one account and neither will know.

The first client is someone you already know.

Start the trial, build their agent this week, hand them the login, and show them the funnel at the end of the month. The community is there for every step, and so is Thomas.
