AI agents for gyms and studios
that turn enquiries into visits.

AI agents for gyms and fitness studios that answer "how much is a membership?" in the Instagram DM at 9pm, "is there a 6am class on Thursday?" in the website chat at lunch, and the missed call on a Saturday, from your own price list and timetable. They book the trial class or the tour into your calendar while the person is still there, text the no-show the next morning, and ask the member who has not been in since March to come back.

7-day free trial · Cancel anytime

Every channel wired into one agent and out to the tools behind it: email, SMS, phone, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Discord, X, Reddit, Bluesky, website chat, campaign sequences and follow-ups on one side; HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Zoho Bookings, Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com, Square Appointments, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace on the other.

The DM that asks about price is answered before they scroll on

Most of a studio's enquiries now arrive as a DM: a reply to a story, a "how much?" under a reel, a Messenger question from someone who found the page. Connect Instagram and Messenger with your own app credentials and the agent answers each one inside the platform's reply window, from the membership prices, class timetable and trial offer you gave it. WhatsApp, Telegram and the other platforms connect the same way if your members use them.

It does not just answer. When someone asks about the 6am class, it offers real open trial slots from your calendar and books the one they pick, then confirms it in the same thread. The conversation, the booking and the person's handle all land in the inbox, so the front desk sees them walk in on Thursday knowing exactly what was said.

The agent's Social tab: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X as a grid of platform cards, each connected with your own app credentials.

The visitor books the trial while the pricing page is still open

One line of script puts a chat widget on your site in your colour, with your image and a greeting you write. A visitor on the pricing page asks whether there is a joining fee, and the agent answers from your data points, links to the trial page you allowed, and asks for an email address when the conversation is worth keeping. That address ties the visitor to the rest of their history, so when they DM you next week the agent already knows them.

Phone calls run on your own Twilio number, with separate switches for answering and dialling. When the front desk is coaching a class, the agent answers, gives the opening hours and the class times from your material, and books the tour. Every call comes back as a recording and a transcript in the inbox.

A website chat conversation in the Inbox: the visitor asks how much it is, the agent answers with the price and a link, the visitor's story is drawn across the top, and a reply box lets a person take the thread over.

The no-show gets a text the next morning, from your own number

A trial that does not turn up is not lost, it is just unchased. Put the no-shows and the trials that did not join on a list, and a short text sequence goes out on your own number through Twilio, Telnyx or one of seven other carriers: a friendly note the morning after, a second on day three offering another slot, and a call on day six if you want one. The step carries the sending window, the texts-per-hour pace for the number and the Reply STOP line.

Replies are worked by the agent. "Can I come Saturday instead?" gets real open slots and a booking. "Not for me" ends the sequence on every channel at once. A reply, a booking or an opt-out anywhere stops everything still queued to that person.

The text messages card in the campaign builder: which agent's number sends, texts per hour per number, a TCPA consent tick with the 9am to 8pm sending window and the Reply STOP line, and the opening text of the sequence.

Every enquiry for every location, in one list

DMs, web chats, texts and call transcripts arrive in one inbox, newest first, each row tagged with the channel it came in on and the agent, which for most owners means the location. Filter it to one studio, one number or one channel when you are working a single site's leads. A manager at one location sees that location's agent and nothing else if you invite them in with their own login.

When a member asks something the agent should not answer, a complaint, a freeze request, a question about a direct debit, you reply in the thread yourself and the agent stands down on that conversation. Hand it back when you are done and it picks up the follow-up where you left it.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

AI agents for gyms and fitness studios that do the follow-up while the front desk is coaching a class

A studio does not have an enquiry problem. It has a reply problem. The DMs arrive at 9pm after a story goes up, the web chat fires while the only person on the desk is checking someone in, and the phone rings during the 6pm class. By the time anyone has a minute, the person who asked "do you do a free trial?" has asked two other studios and booked with the one that answered. Gym lead follow-up is the job that always moves to tomorrow, because the job in front of you is a class.

Bold Agent Kit gives you one agent per location that answers every one of those enquiries in seconds, from your own material: the membership prices as data points, the class timetable and the trial offer as documents, your answers to "is there parking?" and "can I freeze my membership?" as Q&A pairs, and the pages of your own site it may link to. It answers on Instagram and Messenger DMs, on the website chat widget, by text on your number and on the phone, and it behaves identically on all of them because it is the same agent. It is the AI receptionist for fitness studios that is never in the middle of a class.

It closes, too. It is given your real open trial slots from Google Calendar, Acuity Scheduling, Square Appointments or Calendly, offers a few of them, and books the one the person picks. It cannot book a time that was not free and it cannot invent one. The booking is written to your calendar and confirmed in the reply, and the conversation, the booking and the person's email, phone number and Instagram handle all sit on one contact record, so the trial that arrives on Thursday is not a stranger.

Then it does the part nobody does. The no-show gets a text the next morning. The trial that did not join gets a sequence over the next fortnight. The member whose last check-in was in March gets a win-back campaign from a CSV or a segment of your CRM, in the hours you set, and it stops the moment they reply, book or ask it to. Every message and every reply is stored with the material it was written from.

It does not take payments, and that is deliberate. It links to the sign-up page on your own site, tells you when someone says they have joined, and leaves the money to the system that already handles it. The plan is $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, however many locations you run, with your carrier and your AI provider billing you at cost for the texts, calls and model.

Trials are lost between the DM and the first visit

The person wanted to come in. Four things happen between the question and the visit, and none of them is a pricing problem.

01

The DM is read at the end of the shift

Instagram is where the enquiries come from and it is watched by whoever is on the desk, between check-ins, on their own phone. A "how much is it?" at 9pm is seen at 10pm and answered the next morning, by which time the person has had a reply from the studio across the road and booked a trial there.

02

The booking is a link, and the link is not used

The reply says "here is our booking page" and the conversation ends. Many of the people who were ready to pick a time when they asked never get round to it once it becomes a form on another tab. The studio never learns that the enquiry existed, because it was never a booking.

03

The no-show is never chased

A trial that does not turn up is written off. The person meant to come, something came up, and one text the next morning offering Saturday instead would have brought them in. Nobody sends it, because sending it means finding the thread, finding the number and remembering.

04

Lapsed members are never asked back

The cheapest membership a studio can sell is to somebody who already had one. The list of people who stopped coming in sits in the software and is never contacted, because a win-back campaign is a project and there is a class to run in ten minutes.

One agent per studio. Every channel. The timetable behind all of it.

You build the agent once with your prices, your timetable and your trial offer. From then on it answers every enquiry on the channels you connect, books the trial itself, and only fetches you for the conversations you named.

01 / Answers

From your prices and timetable, on every channel

Membership prices, the class schedule, the trial offer, the joining fee, the parking situation and the freeze policy are given to it once as data points, documents and Q&A pairs. It answers the Instagram DM, the Messenger question, the web chat, the text and the phone call from that same material, links only to the pages of your site you allowed, and says nothing you did not give it.

02 / Books

A real slot, written into your calendar

It is given the trial and tour slots that are genuinely free in Google Calendar, Acuity Scheduling, Square Appointments or Calendly, offers a few of them, and books the one the person picks. It cannot take a time it did not offer, so it cannot double-book the 6am class or invent a tour when the manager is off. The booking is confirmed in the thread and logged against the contact.

03 / Follows up

No-shows, unconverted trials, lapsed members

A text the morning after a missed trial. A short sequence at the trials that did not join. A win-back campaign from a CSV or a CRM segment at the members who stopped coming. Each runs inside the days, hours and time zone you set, on your own number, and ends the moment the person replies, books or opts out on any channel.

Free trial booking automation that books the slot rather than sending the link

The difference between a booking link and a booking is most of the trials. When someone on the pricing page asks "can I try a class first?", the agent does not send them to a form. It reads the open slots on the connected calendar for the week ahead, offers three of them in the reply, and when the person picks Thursday at 6am it checks that Thursday at 6am was one of the slots it offered, writes the appointment to the calendar, and confirms it in the chat. The person never leaves the conversation.

The same happens in an Instagram DM, in a text and on a phone call, because it is the same agent with the same calendar. The email address or phone number it collects is attached to the contact, so the reminder text before the trial and the follow-up after it go to a person the agent already knows, and the front desk can see the whole thread before they walk in.

A website chat conversation in the Inbox: the visitor asks how much it is, the agent answers with the price and a link, the visitor's story is drawn across the top, and a reply box lets a person take the thread over.

The four things that actually fill a trial class

Each one answers a problem above, and each one runs while the desk is busy.

Speed

The DM answered at 9pm

An enquiry after a story goes up is answered while the person is still on the app, from your prices and timetable, on the platform it arrived on. No "we'll get back to you in the morning".

Closing

The trial in the calendar

Real slots offered in the reply, one of them booked, the appointment written to your calendar and confirmed in the thread. Not a link to a form on another tab.

Persistence

The no-show chased, the lapsed member asked back

A text the morning after, a sequence over the fortnight, a win-back run at the March leavers. It stops the moment they reply, book or opt out, and it never forgets to send the third one.

Memory

One member, not four strangers

The Instagram handle, the email from the web chat and the mobile number on the trial form are merged into one contact with one history, which the agent reads before it replies and the desk reads before the visit.

And you can see which channel filled the trial class

Every DM, chat, text, call, booking and join is recorded against a person and reported as a funnel, per location and across all of them. This is the part that tells you whether the Instagram ads or the Google listing is producing the members.

The Bold Agent Kit dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

The funnel counts people rather than messages: how many the agent reached, how many replied, how many went on to visit the site, and how many converted, with the total value won and the median time from first enquiry to booking. A trial booked is a conversion you can define as a goal, and a membership sold is a goal with a dollar figure, so a win-back campaign reports what it brought in rather than how many texts it sent.

Below the funnel a channel table shows where each person first made contact and which channel they were on when they converted, so you learn whether the DM leads join or the web chat leads join. One row per contact shows the whole journey: the story reply, the trial booking, the no-show text, the second booking, the join. With the one-line snippet on your site, a visit trigger can follow up when a known lead comes back to the pricing page and leaves.

What gym membership sales automation normally takes, and what it takes here

Each of these is usually a separate tool, a separate service or a member of staff, and most of them are priced per location, per conversation or per contact. Here they are one plan.

Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month, or $200 a year, for the whole account: every location, every channel, every contact, no per-conversation or per-seat charge. The only other costs are your carrier's, for texts and calls, and your AI provider's, typically a few dollars a month per agent.

What studios put an agent on

The same agent covers all of these. Most owners run one per location, and some run one per brand where a studio and a gym share a building.

It books your calendar, updates your CRM and knows what they bought

Connect the tools you already run and the agent works them like an assistant would: it takes appointments straight into your calendar, writes notes and outcomes back to the CRM, and reads your store to see what somebody has bought before it answers them.

Bookings are real, not guesses. It is only ever given slots that are genuinely free, and it can only take one it actually offered — so it cannot invent a time or double-book you. The same connection pulls a segment of past customers into a list when you want to run a campaign at them.

None of it matters if the email lands in spam

A new address sending forty cold emails a day gets filtered, and takes the domain with it. Mailboxes that opt into warm-up send each other ordinary mail on a ramp, starting at five a day. The receiving mailbox finds each message, moves it out of spam if it landed there, marks it read and replies to a share of them.

Each mailbox carries a health score out of 100 — SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain, seven days of real sends and bounces, and where its own warm-up mail is landing — with the reasons listed. A mailbox whose bounce rate or spam placement passes a threshold is pulled out of campaign rotation automatically, before it damages the domain.

AI agents for gyms and fitness studios go live before tonight's class, and nothing sends until you say so

Three steps. Inbound switches on per channel when you are ready. A campaign is created as a draft and shows you every contact and every step before it sends anything.

Build the front-desk agent

Name it after the location, choose a model and paste your API key. Then give it what a front desk knows: the membership tiers and the joining fee as data points, the class timetable and the trial offer as a document, the opening hours so it never books a tour at 10pm, and your answers to the questions you get every day as Q&A pairs: parking, showers, childcare, freezing, cancelling, whether beginners are welcome at 6am.

Write the instructions last: how it should talk, that it should always offer a trial slot when someone asks about price, and the situations in which it should stop and fetch you. Cancellations, freeze requests, complaints and anything about a direct debit are the usual four.

Connect Instagram, the number and the calendar

Connect Instagram and Messenger with your own app credentials, put the one line of chat script on the website, and add the front-desk number for texts and calls on your own carrier account. Each channel is a separate switch, so you can start with the DMs and add the phone when you trust it.

Then connect the calendar the trials and tours live in, Google Calendar, Acuity Scheduling, Square Appointments or Calendly, so it can book real slots, and the CRM if you have one, so it can read who it is talking to before it answers. Do the same again for the second location, on a second agent.

Switch inbound on, then run the win-back

Switch auto-reply on for the channels you are ready to hand over, and the agent starts answering what already arrives. For the no-shows and the lapsed members, build a campaign across the channels you want, set the days, hours and time zone it may send, and read the whole plan on the review screen. Nothing leaves until you press Start.

Then watch the inbox. Enquiries and bookings are worked by the agent; freeze requests and complaints come to you; a reply, a booking or an opt-out ends any sequence. Pause a campaign on a bank holiday and resume it after.

One account, unlimited agents

One account runs unlimited agents, one per client, and nothing is shared between them. A knowledge base belongs to a single agent, and content from one agent is never used to generate replies for another.

Invite a client by email address and they get their own login, which opens onto the one agent you gave them: its conversations, its numbers, its analytics and a reply box. They cannot see your other clients, your API keys, your settings or your billing. Access is deny-by-default.

What do AI agents for gyms and fitness studios actually do?

They answer the enquiries a front desk cannot get to and book the visit. Connect one agent per location to Instagram, Messenger, the website chat widget and your phone number, give it the membership prices, the class timetable, the trial offer and your answers to the usual questions, and it replies in seconds on whichever channel the enquiry arrived on. It offers real open trial and tour slots from your connected calendar and books the one the person picks. It then follows up the no-shows by text, works the trials that did not join, and runs win-back campaigns at lapsed members, all on a schedule inside the hours you set, stopping the moment someone replies, books or opts out.

Can it book a trial class or a tour straight into my calendar?

Yes, and it books rather than sending a link. Connect Google Calendar, Acuity Scheduling, Square Appointments or Calendly and the agent is given the slots that are genuinely free for the week ahead. It offers a few of them in the reply, and when the person picks one it checks that the choice was among the slots it offered, writes the appointment to the calendar and confirms it in the same thread. It cannot book a time that was not free, it cannot invent one, and it cannot cancel an appointment it was not shown. The booking is logged against the contact so the desk can see it before the person walks in.

Does it answer Instagram DMs and Messenger?

Yes. Instagram and Messenger are two of the eleven DM platforms an agent can be connected to, each with your own app credentials, alongside WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X. Replies go out inside each platform's own reply window, from the same knowledge base the agent uses on web chat and text, so the answer to "how much is a membership?" is the same everywhere. Every DM conversation lands in the inbox alongside your texts and calls, tagged with the platform it came from, and the handle is attached to the contact so a later email or call from the same person is recognised.

Can it sign someone up or take a payment?

No. The agent does not take card details and does not process a membership. It links to the sign-up page on your own website that you allowed it to link to, answers questions about the tiers and the joining fee from your data points, and tells you in the inbox when someone says they have joined. Marking a membership sold is done by you, as a goal with a dollar value, or by whatever system already handles your payments. That keeps the money where it belongs and keeps the agent to the job it is good at: getting the person from the question to the visit.

How does it follow up a no-show?

On a schedule you write, from your own number. Put the no-shows on a list, and build a short text sequence: a friendly note the morning after offering another slot, a second text on day three, and a call on day six if you want one. Each step carries the sending window, the texts-per-hour pace for the number and the Reply STOP line. Replies are worked by the agent, so "can I come Saturday instead?" gets real open slots and a booking. A reply, a booking or STOP on any channel ends the sequence and cancels anything still queued to that person, and the whole plan is shown on a review screen before it starts.

Can I run win-back campaigns to members who have lapsed?

Yes, and it is usually the cheapest membership a studio sells. Export the members who have not been in for ninety days as a CSV, or pull a segment from a connected CRM such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel, and run a sequence at them: an email with the offer you wrote, a text a few days later for the people who opened and did not reply, a call for the ones who clicked. The agent answers the replies from your material and books the return visit. Every campaign email carries a one-click unsubscribe, an opt-out on one channel stops the sequence on all of them, and a goal with the membership value tells you what the run brought in.

I have three locations. Do I need three accounts?

No, you need three agents on one account, and agents are unlimited. Each location gets its own agent with its own Instagram and Messenger connection, its own number, its own calendar, its own timetable and prices, and its own inbox and funnel, and nothing is shared between them. Invite a site manager by email and they get their own login onto that one agent: its conversations, its numbers and its analytics, with no sight of the other locations, your API keys, your settings or your billing. The plan is one price for the account however many locations sit on it.

What do AI agents for gyms and fitness studios cost, and what about the texts?

The plan is $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, with a 7-day free trial, unlimited agents and unlimited contacts. There is no per-location, per-seat, per-conversation or per-message charge from us. Texts and calls go through your own carrier account, Twilio or one of the other eight, at the carrier's rates, and the AI runs on your own key with one of sixteen providers, billed to you directly at cost, which for a busy studio agent is usually a few dollars a month. Nothing is metered, marked up or sold as credits.

The same agent, in other industries

One subscription, unlimited agents. What changes is the knowledge base, the channels and the instructions.

The next DM arrives after tonight's class.

Build one agent, connect Instagram and the calendar, and see how it handles the enquiries that come in while you are coaching. Every trial is booked, every no-show is chased, and every conversation is kept.
