Bold Agent Kit vs ElevenAgents
a finished agent, or a platform.

Bold Agent Kit vs ElevenAgents is a comparison between a finished agent and a platform for building one. ElevenAgents, from ElevenLabs, gives teams the parts to build, launch and watch over voice and chat agents; Bold Agent Kit is one agent that answers and places calls on your own Twilio number, works email, text, website chat and eleven DM platforms, runs follow-up campaigns and books real slots, for $25 a month. It can still speak in your ElevenLabs voice, on your own key.

Every channel wired into one agent and out to the tools behind it: email, SMS, phone, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Discord, X, Reddit, Bluesky, website chat, campaign sequences and follow-ups on one side; HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Zoho Bookings, Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com, Square Appointments, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace on the other.

A finished agent you fill in, against a platform you build on

ElevenAgents is ElevenLabs' platform for building and running voice and chat agents. Its documentation covers a system prompt and a visual workflow builder, a knowledge base with retrieval, five kinds of tool, client, webhook, code, MCP and built-in system tools, SDKs for React, Swift, Kotlin and React Native, WebSockets, a customisable web widget, and phone calls through a native Twilio integration or SIP trunking. It is a deep toolkit for teams putting an agent inside a product or an operation.

Bold Agent Kit starts from a different place. The agent already knows how to be a business's front door: it answers from documents, Q&A pairs, data points and the pages of your own site; it books real slots on eight calendars; it reads the CRM, job software or store you connect; it runs campaigns and stops them on a reply, a booking or an opt-out; and it puts every call, text, email, chat and DM in one inbox against one contact. Bookings, CRM reads and follow-ups come with the agent rather than being wired up as tools.

A website chat conversation in the Inbox: the visitor asks how much it is, the agent answers with the price and a link, the visitor's story is drawn across the top, and a reply box lets a person take the thread over.

Calls on your own Twilio number, in the voice you chose

Both put an agent on the phone through Twilio. ElevenAgents' documentation describes importing your own Twilio number with its SID and token for inbound and outbound calls, connecting over SIP trunking, and batch calls triggered programmatically. Bold Agent Kit runs calls on your own Twilio number too, with separate switches for answering and dialling, and places outbound calls as steps in campaigns, with a sending window, a pace per number and stop rules across every channel.

The voice is where the two meet. ElevenAgents draws on a large voice library, with cloning and voice design, in more than 70 languages. Bold Agent Kit speaks with Google, Amazon Polly or ElevenLabs voices, and with your own ElevenLabs or Fish Audio key it uses your own voice library, including a voice you cloned; you can also record a voice in the browser and clone it on your key. Transcription comes from Google or Deepgram, and on a call the agent uses the fastest model your AI provider offers so it does not leave silences.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

Mailboxes with warm-up, and campaigns across email, text and calls

ElevenAgents lists email among its channels, alongside telephony, web, mobile, WhatsApp, SMS and chat. Bold Agent Kit treats email as a channel it sends campaigns on as well as one it answers: an agent can hold as many mailboxes as you connect, Gmail and Outlook on an app password or anything else over SMTP and IMAP, and campaigns rotate between them. Each mailbox shows a health score, its warm-up day and its SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, and a failing address is rested so campaigns skip it.

Campaigns mix email, text and call steps: an email on day 0, a text on day 2, a call on day 5, each with its own delay and a condition such as opened or not opened. A campaign is a draft until you press Start, and a reply, a booking or an opt-out on any channel ends the sequence on all of them, with anything queued to that person cancelled. The same agent answers every reply, from the same knowledge base it uses on the phone.

An agent's Email tab with three mailboxes connected, each showing a Good 90 health score, warm-up day and inbox placement, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, and an Active toggle.

A flat plan, against minutes plus the model plus the line

ElevenAgents is priced on ElevenLabs' plans. At the time of writing, its published paid plans start at $6 a month, alongside a free plan, and each plan includes a monthly allowance of agent minutes and a concurrency limit, with additional minutes charged by the minute and a higher burst rate for calls above the concurrency limit. Its pricing page says the LLM and any telephony are billed separately on top, based on usage, and text messages are charged individually.

Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, with unlimited agents, every channel and a 7-day free trial. The AI runs on your own key with one of sixteen providers, the calls on your own Twilio account, and the voice, if you bring your own ElevenLabs key, on your ElevenLabs account; each bills you directly. We charge nothing per minute, per message or per seat, and the dashboard counts people rather than minutes: reached, replied, booked or converted, and the value won.

The Bold Agent Kit dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

How Bold Agent Kit and ElevenAgents compare

ElevenAgents is the agents product from ElevenLabs, the company many people first met through its voices. It is a platform for building and running conversational agents: a system prompt and visual workflows, a knowledge base, tools that call your own APIs and MCP servers, SDKs for web and mobile, testing with simulations, built-in analytics, and phone calls through Twilio or SIP. It speaks more than 70 languages and draws on a large voice library. For a team building voice into a product or a support operation, it is a broad set of parts to build with.

Many of the businesses comparing the two are not that team. They are a clinic, a trades business, a consultancy, or an agency with a few local clients, who came to ElevenLabs for the voices and want an agent that uses them for the whole front door: one that answers the phone and books the slot, answers the website chat and the Instagram DMs, follows up on the quote that went quiet, and shows them what it all produced. They also want to know what a month will cost before it starts.

Bold Agent Kit is built as that agent. One agent, built from your own material, answers and places calls on your own Twilio number, texts on nine carriers, works email from your own mailboxes with warm-up and health scoring, answers a chat widget on your site and eleven DM platforms, and runs campaigns that mix email, text and call steps. It books real slots on eight calendars and reads the CRM, job software or store you connect. Every conversation lands in one inbox against one contact.

And you can keep the voice. Bring your own ElevenLabs key and the agent speaks with your ElevenLabs voice library, including a voice you cloned, with ElevenLabs billing you for that usage on your own account. The plan itself is $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, with unlimited agents, a 7-day free trial and no per-minute charge from us. Where ElevenAgents is the better fit, and for some builds it clearly is, this page says so.

Where ElevenAgents and a small business part ways

ElevenAgents is a platform for building agents, and a broad one. These are the four places a business that wanted a finished front door usually feels the difference, and all of them are about scope and price structure.

01

The agent is yours to design

ElevenAgents gives you the parts: a prompt, workflows, a knowledge base, client, webhook, code and MCP tools, SDKs and telephony connections, with integrations such as Cal.com, HubSpot, Stripe and Zapier. What the agent does with them is yours to design and test. For a developer that is flexibility; for an owner who wanted the Thursday slot booked and last week's quote followed up, it is a build.

02

Minutes, plus the model, plus the line

At the time of writing, ElevenAgents plans include a monthly allowance of agent minutes, with additional minutes charged by the minute, a higher rate when calls exceed the concurrency limit, and the LLM and telephony billed separately on top, based on usage. Each part is a reasonable way to price a platform. Together they make a bill that moves with the volume of calls, which suits some buyers and not a business that wants a fixed monthly cost.

03

Follow-up is a separate job

ElevenAgents documents batch calls triggered programmatically. A small business's follow-up is usually an email, then a text, then a call, on a schedule, inside allowed hours, and stopped the moment the person replies or books on any channel. That is a campaign across channels with its own review screen and stop rules, and it is the part of the job Bold Agent Kit was built around.

04

The rest of the front door

Customers arrive by phone, and also through the email inbox, the website chat and a dozen DM platforms, and a business wants one record per person across all of them and one funnel that says which channel produced the booking. Bold Agent Kit puts the phone, your mailboxes, the chat widget and eleven DM platforms into one inbox with one contact record, and reports it as people and value won.

One finished agent. Every channel. Your voice if you want it.

Bold Agent Kit keeps the part of ElevenLabs most small businesses came for, a natural voice on the phone, and builds the rest of the front door around it, on a flat plan.

01 / Answers

Every channel from one knowledge base

Calls on your own Twilio number, texts on nine carriers, your mailboxes, a chat widget on your site and eleven DM platforms, all answered from the same documents, Q&A pairs, data points and pages of your own site. It says what you wrote and nothing else, and every reply is stored with the material it came from, so you can see exactly what it drew on.

02 / Books

Real slots, and follow-up that stops

Connected to one of eight calendars, it offers real open slots and books the one the person picks, checked against what it offered, so it cannot double-book you. Campaigns mix email, text and call steps inside your hours, and a reply, a booking or an opt-out on any channel ends the sequence everywhere and cancels anything queued.

03 / Speaks

In the voice you chose, on your key

Google, Amazon Polly or ElevenLabs voices, or your own ElevenLabs or Fish Audio library on your own key, including a voice you cloned there or recorded in the browser and cloned here. Transcription comes from Google or Deepgram, and on a call it switches to the fastest model your AI provider offers so it does not leave silences.

Every conversation, on every channel, in one inbox you can take over

The biggest difference is what you have on day one. ElevenAgents gives a team the pieces to build an agent into whatever they are building. Bold Agent Kit gives a business the agent, already connected to the places its customers are: the phone line, the email inbox, the website, and Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X, each on your own credentials, each with its own auto-reply switch.

Every conversation from every one of those lands in one inbox, newest first, tagged by channel, on one contact record per person. Reply in a thread yourself and the agent stands down on it; hand it back when you are done. When a DM and a phone call turn out to be the same person, the two records merge and the history moves across, so the agent reads the whole story before it answers, and so do you.

The agent's Social tab: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X as a grid of platform cards, each connected with your own app credentials.

What changes when you move from ElevenAgents to Bold Agent Kit

Four differences you notice in the first week. Each is a matter of scope or price structure, and each runs without anybody having to build it.

Setup

Filled in, not built

Documents, Q&A pairs, data points and instructions. Booking, CRM reads and follow-ups come with the agent, so the first afternoon is spent on what it should say.

Reach

Every channel, one record

Calls, texts, email, the website chat and eleven DM platforms, answered by one agent, with one history per person and one inbox to read.

Follow-up

Campaigns that stop

Email, text and call steps inside your hours, ended everywhere by a reply, a booking or an opt-out, with the whole plan shown before it starts.

Cost

One flat plan

$25 a month for the account, with the model, the line and your own voice key billed to you directly at cost, and nothing per minute from us.

And you can see what the agent produced, per person and per channel

ElevenAgents lists success rates, CSAT and language usage among its built-in analytics, reporting on the agent's conversations. Bold Agent Kit reports on the business: every call, text, email, chat and booking recorded against a person and counted as a funnel, per agent and across all agents.

The Bold Agent Kit dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

The funnel counts people, not minutes or conversations: how many the agent reached, how many replied on any channel, how many went on to visit your site, and how many booked or converted, with the value won and the median time from first contact to conversion. Set a goal with a dollar value, a booked appointment marked won, and the agent reports what it produced rather than how long it talked.

Below the funnel, a channel table shows where each person first made contact and which channel they were on when they converted, so you learn whether the call closes or whether the DM before it did the work. A pages report shows which pages of your site known people read and how many of them converted. One row per person shows every call with its recording, every text, email, chat and booking in order, and visit triggers follow up when a known person returns to your pricing page and leaves.

Page goals and visit triggers require a one-line snippet on your website. Conversations, bookings and manually marking a deal won work without it.

ElevenAgents is a broad platform for building voice and chat agents, with a large voice library, many languages, SDKs, tools, workflows, call transfer and telephony connections, priced on plans with included minutes and with the LLM and telephony on top. Bold Agent Kit is one finished agent for calls, texts, email, website chat and DMs, with campaigns, booking and one inbox, at $25 a month or $200 a year for the account. If you are building an agent into something of your own, ElevenAgents is made for that; if you want the agent itself, Bold Agent Kit is, and it can still use your ElevenLabs voice.

We checked ElevenAgents’s public website on 11 September 2026 for this comparison. Plans and features change, so check elevenlabs.io for the current detail. ElevenAgents is a trademark of its owner, and Bold Agent Kit is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.

Switching from ElevenAgents, using both, or staying

Three situations people are usually in when they compare the two. The second is narrow on purpose: the only place the two products meet is the voice.

You built an agent on ElevenAgents for your business line and want the whole front door handled on a flat plan. Moving means rebuilding the agent here from what it already knows: the system prompt becomes instructions, the knowledge base becomes documents, Q&A pairs and data points, and the opening lines become a saved call script. Your ElevenLabs voice can come with you on your own key, and your Twilio number stays in your Twilio account. Contacts come across as a CSV or a CRM segment.

This is the narrow sense in which the two work together: Bold Agent Kit can use your own ElevenLabs key for its voices. Keep your ElevenLabs account and your voice library, including a voice you cloned there, paste the key into the agent, and it speaks on calls in that voice while Bold Agent Kit runs the agent itself. ElevenLabs bills you for that voice usage on your own account. The two products do not otherwise connect, and nothing else passes between them.

If you are building an agent into your own app, product or contact centre, ElevenAgents is built for that: SDKs for web and mobile, WebSockets, webhook, code and MCP tools, a visual workflow builder, testing with simulations, SIP trunking and connectors for platforms such as Genesys and Zendesk. It speaks more than 70 languages and can switch between them mid-conversation, and it can transfer calls to numbers and SIP URIs. Bold Agent Kit is built for a different job: one business's front door.

It books your calendar, updates your CRM and knows what they bought

Connect the tools you already run and the agent works them like an assistant would: it takes appointments straight into your calendar, writes notes and outcomes back to the CRM, and reads your store to see what somebody has bought before it answers them.

Bookings are real, not guesses. It is only ever given slots that are genuinely free, and it can only take one it actually offered — so it cannot invent a time or double-book you. The same connection pulls a segment of past customers into a list when you want to run a campaign at them.

Each agent uses a model on your own API key, in the same way it sends from your own mailbox and your own phone number. Sixteen providers are supported: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI and Mistral; DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, Qwen and MiniMax; Groq, Together, Fireworks and OpenRouter; and Ollama or any other OpenAI-compatible endpoint you host yourself.

None of it matters if the email lands in spam

A new address sending forty cold emails a day gets filtered, and takes the domain with it. Mailboxes that opt into warm-up send each other ordinary mail on a ramp, starting at five a day. The receiving mailbox finds each message, moves it out of spam if it landed there, marks it read and replies to a share of them.

Each mailbox carries a health score out of 100 — SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain, seven days of real sends and bounces, and where its own warm-up mail is landing — with the reasons listed. A mailbox whose bounce rate or spam placement passes a threshold is pulled out of campaign rotation automatically, before it damages the domain.

Moving from ElevenAgents, in an afternoon

Three steps. Build and test here first, on a second number if you like; your ElevenLabs account and your voice library stay exactly where they are.

Rebuild the agent from your ElevenAgents prompt and knowledge base

Name the agent, choose a model and paste your API key; on calls it switches to that provider's fastest model on its own. Then move what your ElevenAgents agent knows. The system prompt becomes the instructions: how it greets people, what it may offer, when it should take details and fetch you. The knowledge base becomes documents, Q&A pairs and data points for hours, prices and lead times, plus the pages of your own site it may link to.

Anything you built as a tool for booking or looking up a customer is replaced by a connection rather than rebuilt: the calendar and the CRM connect in the next step, and the agent books and reads from them on its own. Write your opening lines and your follow-up call script as saved templates, so every campaign uses the same words.

Connect your Twilio number, your ElevenLabs key and the calendar

Add your Twilio account for calls. A number you imported into ElevenAgents is still in your own Twilio account; test here on a second number first, and move the main line on the day you are ready. Paste your ElevenLabs key into the voice settings and pick the voice from your library, including a clone. Transcription runs on Google, or on Deepgram with your own key.

Connect the calendar it books into and the CRM or job software it should read: Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Jobber, ServiceTitan and the rest. Then add your mailboxes, the chat snippet and the social accounts, and import your contacts as a CSV or a segment from the connected CRM.

Ring it in your own voice, then move the line

Ring the agent and listen to your own voice answer. Ask for a price, ask for Thursday afternoon, and read the transcript in the inbox a minute later. Adjust a data point or an instruction and ring again. When it answers the way you want, switch answering on for the main line.

Then build the first campaign if you want one: the quotes that went quiet, the customers who have not been back. It is created as a draft, shows the whole plan and sends nothing until you press Start. Step into any thread yourself and the agent stands down; hand it back when you are done.

One account, unlimited agents

One account runs unlimited agents, one per client, and nothing is shared between them. A knowledge base belongs to a single agent, and content from one agent is never used to generate replies for another.

Invite a client by email address and they get their own login, which opens onto the one agent you gave them: its conversations, its numbers, its analytics and a reply box. They cannot see your other clients, your API keys, your settings or your billing. Access is deny-by-default.

Is Bold Agent Kit better than ElevenAgents?

It depends on what you are building. If you are a business, or an agency serving local businesses, and you want one agent that answers calls, texts, email, website chat and DMs, books real slots and follows up, Bold Agent Kit is the closer fit: it comes as a finished agent at $25 a month and can still use your ElevenLabs voice. If you are a team building an agent into your own product or contact centre, with SDKs, custom tools, many languages and live call transfer, ElevenAgents is built for that and Bold Agent Kit is not.

What is the difference between Bold Agent Kit and ElevenAgents?

ElevenAgents is a platform: a prompt, workflows, a knowledge base, client, webhook, code and MCP tools, SDKs for web and mobile, telephony through Twilio or SIP, and a large voice library in 70+ languages, priced on ElevenLabs plans with included minutes and the LLM and telephony on top. Bold Agent Kit is a finished agent for a business across calls, texts, email, website chat and eleven DM platforms, with campaigns, calendar booking, eighteen integrations and one inbox, at $25 a month for the account, with your own AI key and Twilio number billed to you at cost.

How does ElevenAgents pricing compare with Bold Agent Kit?

They are priced on different models. At the time of writing, ElevenAgents' published paid plans start at $6 a month, with a free plan too; each plan includes a monthly allowance of agent minutes and a concurrency limit, extra minutes are charged by the minute, and its pricing page says the LLM and any telephony are billed separately on top, based on usage. Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, with unlimited agents. Your AI provider, Twilio and, if you use your own key, ElevenLabs bill you directly. We charge nothing per minute.

How do I move an agent from ElevenAgents to Bold Agent Kit?

You rebuild it rather than import it. The system prompt becomes the agent's instructions; the knowledge base becomes documents, Q&A pairs and data points; the opening lines become a saved call script. Booking and customer look-ups come from connecting your calendar and CRM rather than from tools you wrote. Add your Twilio account, paste your ElevenLabs key to keep your voice, and import contacts as a CSV or a segment from HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Jobber or another connected CRM. Test on a second number, then switch answering on for the main line.

When is ElevenAgents the better choice?

When you are building rather than buying an agent. If the agent will live inside your own app or product, if you need SDKs for web and mobile, custom webhook, code or MCP tools, a visual workflow builder and simulation testing, if your callers speak many languages and you want the agent to switch between them mid-conversation, or if calls must be transferred live to people or SIP destinations, ElevenAgents covers that and Bold Agent Kit does not. Bold Agent Kit is the better fit when you want one finished agent across every channel on a flat plan.

Can I use my ElevenLabs voice, or a voice I cloned, in Bold Agent Kit?

Yes, and this is the one place the two products genuinely meet. Paste your own ElevenLabs key into the agent and it speaks with voices from your ElevenLabs library, including a voice you cloned there. You can also record a voice in the browser and clone it on your ElevenLabs or Fish Audio key from inside Bold Agent Kit. ElevenLabs bills you for that voice usage on your own account, at its rates, with nothing added by us. Without a key of your own, stock voices from Google, Amazon Polly and ElevenLabs are available.

Is ElevenAgents the same as ElevenLabs Agents or ElevenLabs Conversational AI?

ElevenAgents is the name ElevenLabs currently uses for its platform for voice and chat agents, one of three products in its navigation alongside ElevenCreative and ElevenAPI. People often search for it as ElevenLabs Agents or ElevenLabs Conversational AI, and the conversational AI page on ElevenLabs' site describes ElevenAgents. This page compares Bold Agent Kit with that product as ElevenLabs' own website described it on the date shown here. Bold Agent Kit is not affiliated with ElevenLabs; it simply lets you use your own ElevenLabs key for voices.

Can Bold Agent Kit transfer a call to a person, as ElevenAgents can?

No. ElevenAgents documents a transfer-to-number system tool for phone numbers and SIP URIs; Bold Agent Kit cannot put a live call through to another number. Instead it takes the caller's name, number and reason for calling, tells them what happens next, and puts the recording and transcript in your inbox with those details, tagged as a call. You name in its instructions which callers get that treatment, and the same number can text them back, with you replying in the thread yourself. If live transfer is essential to you, weigh that plainly.
