Is Bold Agent Kit better than 11x?
It depends on the buyer. For a revenue team that needs prospects found and researched, wants sending infrastructure managed for it, runs Salesforce or Pipedrive and buys software on an annual budget, 11x is built for the job and Bold Agent Kit is not. For a business, agency or small sales team that already has a list, or builds its own, and wants it worked by email, text and call with the replies answered and the meeting booked, Bold Agent Kit does that on accounts you own, answers inbound on the same agent, and costs $25 a month for the whole account.
What is the difference between Bold Agent Kit and 11x?
11x sells two digital workers. Alice handles outbound, with a real-time lead database, prospect research, managed Gmail mailboxes and multi-channel sequences. Julian handles inbound, on phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp. Both are billed annually, with Alice priced per lead. Bold Agent Kit is one agent that does outbound and inbound together, on the list you bring and on accounts you own: your mailboxes, your carrier and your AI key. It has no contact database and no research layer, and it costs $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, with unlimited agents.
How does 11x pricing compare with Bold Agent Kit?
11x publishes starting prices for its Growth tier and quotes its Pro and Enterprise tiers. At the time of writing, its published plans for Alice start at $3,750 a month, billed annually, and it says it charges per lead rather than per send. Julian has separate published starting prices for voice and chat, also billed annually. Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month, or $200 a year, for the whole account, with unlimited agents, contacts and mailboxes. Your AI provider bills you for the model and your carrier for texts and calls, both at cost, and nothing is metered by us.
How do I move from 11x to Bold Agent Kit?
Start with the contacts. 11x syncs with CRMs including HubSpot, so if your contacts live there, Bold Agent Kit can import a HubSpot segment straight into a contact list; otherwise, upload a CSV. Use only contacts you are free to keep using under your agreements. Then connect your own mailboxes and switch warm-up on, rewrite your sequence as email, text and call steps, and move your objection answers into Q&A pairs. Run the 7-day trial on a slice of the list that nothing else is working, and compare the funnel before you move the rest.
When is 11x the better choice?
When the list is the problem. If you have no prospects and want them found, researched and written to for you, 11x builds that in: a real-time company and lead database drawing on more than 50 data sources, live web search, website visitor tracking and signals, managed Gmail mailboxes with deliverability set up, and outreach in over 105 languages. It also names Salesforce and Pipedrive among its CRM integrations, which Bold Agent Kit does not connect. A revenue team with an annual budget and a target for net-new pipeline may well be better served by it.
Does Bold Agent Kit include a contact database like 11x?
No. Bold Agent Kit has no built-in contact database and no prospect research service. Lists come from three places: a CSV you upload, a segment imported from a connected CRM such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel, or the Chrome side panel, which extracts email addresses, phone numbers and social profile links from the web page you have open. A deep scan follows the pages of a domain most likely to carry contact details, and a domain queue works through a CSV of sites one at a time. Contacts and lists are unlimited, and export as a CSV.
Can the same agent handle inbound leads, as Julian does at 11x?
Yes, and it is the same agent that runs your outbound, not a second product. Put one line of script on your website and it answers the chat. Switch answering on for your Twilio number and it picks up calls, speaking in real time from your material, with recordings and transcripts kept. Connect social accounts with your own app credentials and it answers DMs on Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and eight other platforms. It answers from the same knowledge base, books into the same calendar, and every thread lands in one inbox where a person can take over.
Whose mailboxes, number and AI does Bold Agent Kit use?
Yours. Mailboxes connect by app password or by SMTP and IMAP, and mail goes through your own server, so the sending reputation stays on your domain. Texts go through your own account with one of nine SMS carriers, and calls through your own Twilio number. The model runs on your own API key from one of 16 providers, billed to you by that provider at cost, with nothing metered, marked up or sold as credits by us. Every mailbox that opts in is warmed, health-scored, and rested automatically if its bounces or spam placement pass a threshold.
