Is Bold Agent Kit better than Qualified?
For a B2B company with a Salesforce org, a marketing team and a busy website, Qualified does more on the website than Bold Agent Kit: voice and video conversations, a first-call presentation, enrichment and intent data, routing across an SDR team, and enterprise controls. For a business or agency that wants one agent answering the website, email, texts, the phone line and social DMs, following up by email, text and call, on HubSpot, GoHighLevel, a field-service CRM or no CRM, with a price it can read before signing up, Bold Agent Kit fits better. The answer depends on which of those you are.
What is the difference between Bold Agent Kit and Qualified?
Qualified sells Piper the AI SDR Agent to B2B marketing teams: Piper talks to website visitors by chat, voice or video, follows up inbound leads by email, serves marketing offers and books sales meetings, with reps working alongside it in Slack. It is built natively on the Salesforce Platform and priced as a customised plan after a demo. Bold Agent Kit is one agent you set up yourself that answers website chat, email, texts, phone calls and eleven DM platforms, runs follow-up sequences, and books into eight calendars. It connects to HubSpot and small-business CRMs, not Salesforce, and costs $25 a month.
How does Qualified pricing compare with Bold Agent Kit?
Qualified does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists three plans, Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate, and says it will build a plan customised to your pipeline needs, with a demo as the route in. Its PiperX FAQ adds that some features, such as multi-modal voice and video, come as a separate SKU. So there is no figure to compare, and we will not guess at one. Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, with a 7-day free trial, unlimited agents and every channel. Your AI provider and carrier bill you directly for usage, at cost.
How do I move from Qualified to Bold Agent Kit?
Gather the material Piper answered from, your sales decks, product pages and answers to common questions, and load it into a Bold Agent Kit agent as documents, Q&A pairs, data points and the pages of your own site it may link to. Put the chat widget on your site with one line of script in place of the old one. Bring your open leads across as a CSV, or pull a segment from a connected HubSpot, and connect a calendar so the agent can book. Then add email, a number and your social accounts. There is no automatic importer; it is a CSV and your own material.
When is Qualified the better choice?
When you are a B2B company on Salesforce with a marketing team and a website that carries real traffic. If you want voice and video conversations on the page, a first-call presentation, waterfall enrichment and third-party intent signals, routing of conversations and meetings across an SDR team, and enterprise controls such as single sign-on, custom data retention and multiple brands, Qualified is built for exactly that, and Bold Agent Kit does not offer those. If Salesforce is your system of record, Qualified's native build on the Salesforce Platform is a strong reason on its own.
Does Bold Agent Kit offer voice and video on the website like Qualified?
No. The Bold Agent Kit website widget is text chat. It answers from your knowledge base, asks for an email address when the conversation is worth keeping, and can book a meeting inside the chat, but it does not hold voice or video conversations on the page or present slides. Voice is on the phone: the agent answers and places calls on your own Twilio number, speaking in real time on your provider's fastest model, with the recording and transcript in your inbox. If face-to-face conversations on your website are what you want, Qualified offers them.
Does Bold Agent Kit work with Salesforce?
No. Bold Agent Kit connects to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and Jobber as CRMs; Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace as stores; and Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, Zoho Bookings, Square and HubSpot Meetings as calendars. There is no Salesforce integration. Qualified is built natively on the Salesforce Platform, and its PiperX FAQ says Salesforce CRM is required, so if Salesforce is where your customer records live, that is a strong reason to choose Qualified.
Can the agent follow up a visitor after they leave the website?
Yes, if the visitor left a way to reach them. The widget asks for an email address when the conversation is worth keeping, and that ties the visit to one contact. You can put that contact on a sequence across email, text and a call placed by the agent, which stops the moment they reply, book or opt out on any channel. With the one-line snippet on your site, a visit trigger also fires when a known person returns to a page you named, and the agent follows up after a delay you set, on the channel they last used.
