How Bold Agent Kit and lemlist compare, from the list to the booked meeting
lemlist is built for outbound prospecting. It finds leads in its own database of more than 650 million, enriches them, writes personalised steps with AI, and sends across email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS from one workflow, with lemwarm included in every seat and a unified inbox for the conversations that come back. For a sales team whose working day is prospecting, that puts a lot of the stack in one place. People comparing the two are rarely asking whether the email goes out. They are asking other questions: who answers the reply, what happens to the enquiries that never came from a campaign, and whether they need a database, per-user plans and credits to get there.
Bold Agent Kit is built from the other end. It starts with one AI agent that answers: from your documents, your Q&A pairs, your prices and hours and the pages of your site, on email, text, phone, website chat and eleven social DM platforms. Cold email is one of the things that agent does, with as many mailboxes as you connect, warm-up on a ramp, a health score per address and an automatic rest for the one that slips. When a reply comes back, the same agent answers it from the address it arrived at and books the meeting into your calendar. When someone else reaches you through the website chat or an Instagram DM that afternoon, the same agent answers them too, and the history for each person sits on one row.
The price is shaped differently. At the time of writing, lemlist's published plans start at $69 a month, or $55 a month billed annually, for its Email plan; its Multichannel plan, where LinkedIn, SMS and the dialer live, is priced per user; and finding and verifying emails and phone numbers draws on lemlist credits. Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, with unlimited agents, mailboxes, contacts and lists, and no seats or credits. The AI runs on your own key with any of sixteen providers, billed to you by that provider at cost, and any texts and calls you add are billed by your own carrier.
There are things lemlist does that Bold Agent Kit does not, and this page says so plainly. There is no built-in contact database here, no LinkedIn automation and no outbound WhatsApp. You bring the list: a CSV, a segment from a connected CRM, or the contacts the Chrome side panel extracts from the web pages you browse. If your outbound depends on a lead database and LinkedIn steps, lemlist may suit you better, or lemlist alongside something else. If what you need is the email sent, the reply answered and the meeting booked, on one plan that also covers the inbound side of the business, Bold Agent Kit is the closer fit.
