Bold Agent Kit vs Reply.io
outbound, inbound, and the price.

Bold Agent Kit vs Reply.io is a comparison of two different shapes of product. Reply.io is an outreach platform with a B2B contact database, LinkedIn automation and an AI SDR called Jason, priced per user and per active contact. Bold Agent Kit is one AI agent that sends your sequences by email, text and phone, and also answers your website chat, your social DMs and your phone line, for $25 a month for the whole account.

7-day free trial · Cancel anytime

Every channel wired into one agent and out to the tools behind it: email, SMS, phone, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Discord, X, Reddit, Bluesky, website chat, campaign sequences and follow-ups on one side; HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Zoho Bookings, Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com, Square Appointments, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace on the other.

Both warm your mailboxes. The difference is whose mailboxes they are

Reply.io lets you buy sending domains and Google or Microsoft mailboxes inside the product, new or pre-warmed, or connect the mailboxes you already have over SMTP or OAuth. Warm-up runs on its peer-to-peer network and is included with every mailbox, and campaigns rotate across mailboxes so no single account carries the volume. On its Email Volume plans, the number of mailboxes follows a fair usage policy tied to your active contacts and sending activity.

Bold Agent Kit works with the mailboxes you already own. Gmail and Outlook connect with an app password; anything else is an SMTP and IMAP host, and mail goes through your own server rather than a shared relay, so the reputation stays on your domain. Mailboxes that opt into warm-up send each other ordinary mail on a ramp from five a day. Each carries a health score out of 100, built from SPF, DKIM and DMARC, seven days of real sends and bounces, and where its warm-up mail is landing, and an address that crosses the bounce or spam threshold rests itself out of rotation. Mailboxes are not metered: connect as many as you run.

An agent's Email tab with three mailboxes connected, each showing a Good 90 health score, warm-up day and inbox placement, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, and an Active toggle.

A dialler and call tasks, or an agent that does the talking

On Reply.io, calls and SMS come with the Multichannel plan, or as a Calls & SMS add-on on the Email Volume plans, which at the time of writing is $29 a month per account. Reply.io describes a built-in dialler, automated SMS, call resolution and transcripts, and AI-generated voice messages. Its Jason AI SDR adds call steps to a sequence when it judges them most effective, creates a task when it is time to call, and writes a personalised script for each prospect.

In Bold Agent Kit, the agent places the call. The call step dials on your own Twilio number inside the days and hours you set, and the agent hears and speaks in real time from the script you saved, on your provider's fastest model so it does not leave silences. It answers questions from your material and books the meeting on the call, with the recording and transcript in the inbox. Answering is a separate switch, so the same agent picks up when a prospect rings back. Texts run on your own account with Twilio, Telnyx or one of seven other carriers, with the sending window and the Reply STOP line on the step. There is no channel add-on; your carrier bills you at its own rates.

The text messages card in the campaign builder: which agent's number sends, texts per hour per number, a TCPA consent tick with the 9am to 8pm sending window and the Reply STOP line, and the opening text of the sequence.

Both work the reply and book the meeting. The reach is different

Reply.io's Jason responds to prospect replies from the instructions and materials you give it, in automatic mode, or in approval mode where you approve each AI reply before it goes. It re-engages prospects who stopped answering, when and how you tell it to, and books meetings against real-time availability in Google Calendar so there are no double bookings. Reply.io also lists a meeting scheduler inside sequences and a Calendly integration.

Bold Agent Kit's agent works replies on every channel it is switched on for, email, text, call, chat and DM, from one knowledge base: your documents, your Q&A pairs for "we already have a supplier", your prices as data points, and the pages of your own site it may link to. It offers real open slots from Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, Zoho Bookings, Square or HubSpot Meetings, checks the pick against what it offered, and writes it in. Every thread lands in one inbox, tagged by channel. Reply in a thread yourself and the agent stands down until you hand it back.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

Knowing which company visited, or talking to the person who did

Reply.io's website visitor tracking identifies the companies visiting your site and routes them into outreach, with up to 200 visitor reveals a month on its sequence plans at the time of writing. The visit becomes a reason to start a sequence while the interest is fresh, which is what an outbound team wants from its website.

Bold Agent Kit puts the agent on the page. One line of script adds a chat widget in your colour, with your image and a greeting you wrote. The agent answers the visitor from the knowledge base, asks for an email address when the conversation is worth keeping, and can book the meeting inside the chat. The same agent answers Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and eight other DM platforms, and a visit trigger follows up a known person who comes back to a page you named, after a delay you set, on the channel they last used.

A website chat conversation in the Inbox: the visitor asks how much it is, the agent answers with the price and a link, the visitor's story is drawn across the top, and a reply box lets a person take the thread over.

How Bold Agent Kit and Reply.io compare, and where each one fits

Reply.io and Bold Agent Kit both send multichannel sequences, both warm mailboxes, and both have an AI that answers replies and books meetings, so on a feature list they look close. They are built around different jobs. Reply.io describes itself as an AI sales outreach and cold email platform: it can find prospects in its own database of more than a billion B2B contacts, write to them by email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS and calls, and hand the whole motion to Jason, its AI SDR. Bold Agent Kit starts from the other end. It is one AI agent that answers every channel a customer can reach you on, and also runs the follow-up sequence for the people who have not answered yet.

The difference shows up first in the price. Reply.io's Email Volume plans are priced per user per month and move up in tiers of active contacts, the number of unique people you can send a first-step email to each month. LinkedIn automation and Calls & SMS are add-ons on those plans, and the Multichannel plan bundles them per user. Jason is sold as its own plan, which at the time of writing starts at $500 a month. Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, with unlimited agents, contacts and lists and every channel in the plan. The AI runs on your own key with one of sixteen providers, and texts and calls run on your own carrier account, both billed to you directly at cost.

It shows up in the channels, too. Both put email, text and call steps into one sequence. Reply.io adds LinkedIn automation, semi-automated WhatsApp tasks and a built-in dialler, and Jason can add call steps as tasks with a script for each prospect. Bold Agent Kit does not automate LinkedIn, but its agent speaks on the call itself, in real time, and it covers the inbound half as well: a chat widget on your site, eleven DM platforms including Instagram and WhatsApp, and your phone line when it rings. Every one of those conversations, and every reply to a sequence, lands in one inbox and is recorded against one contact, so the prospect who replied by email and then phoned is one person with one history.

And it shows up in where the list comes from. Reply.io includes live data credits and a contact database, so it can find the prospects as well as write to them. Bold Agent Kit has no contact database: your list comes from a CSV, from a segment of a connected CRM or store, or from the Chrome side panel as you browse. If finding new B2B contacts at volume is the job, that matters, and Reply.io is built for it. If the job is working the leads, enquiries and customers you already have, on every channel, at one flat price, Bold Agent Kit does more of it for less. This page sets the two side by side, using what Reply.io publishes on its own website as of 11 September 2026.

Where Reply.io users start to compare

Reply.io publishes its plans and its scope openly, which makes the trade-offs easy to see. Four come up most often when a team starts looking at what else is out there.

01

The bill follows seats and contacts

Reply.io's Email Volume plans are priced per user per month and move up in tiers of active contacts, the unique people you can send a first-step email to each month, starting at 1,000. That is a sensible model for a sales team whose outbound volume is the business. For a small team, an agency, or a business writing mostly to its own customers, it means the price moves whenever the list or the headcount does.

02

Channels past email are add-ons

On the Email Volume plans, LinkedIn automation is $69 a month per account and Calls & SMS is $29 a month per account at the time of writing, while the Multichannel plan includes them and is priced per user. Each channel beyond email is a line on the invoice to decide about, per account or per user, before the text to the person who ignored three emails can go out.

03

The AI SDR is a separate plan

Jason, Reply.io's AI SDR, is sold as its own plan, which starts at $500 a month at the time of writing and moves up in its own tiers of active contacts. The sequence plans and the AI SDR plans are priced separately, and Reply.io offers a hybrid plan through its sales team for anyone who wants both. The AI that works the replies is a purchase decision rather than part of the tool.

04

It is built for outreach, not for the phone that rings

Reply.io describes itself as an AI sales outreach and cold email platform, and its website tool identifies visiting companies so they can be routed into outreach. The inbound half of selling, the web chat at 9pm, the Instagram DM, the prospect who rings the number in your email signature, is a different job, and in most businesses it is done by another tool, or by whoever is nearest, or by nobody.

One agent that sends the sequence and answers whatever comes back

Bold Agent Kit is not a bigger outreach tool. It is one agent, built once, that works every channel in both directions, on a plan that does not change with the size of the list.

01 / Sends

The sequence, on channels you own

Email from as many of your own mailboxes as you connect, rotated and warmed, a text on your own number, and a call placed by the agent, as steps in one campaign. Each step has its own delay and send condition: opened, not opened, clicked, not clicked. Days, hours and time zone are set once, hourly caps hold per mailbox and per number, and the campaign shows its whole plan on a review screen before anything leaves.

02 / Answers

Every reply, and every enquiry

A reply to a sequence stops it for that person and starts the conversation, answered from your knowledge base. The same agent answers the website chat, eleven DM platforms, texts and inbound calls. The cookie, the email address, the phone number and the social account id belong to one contact, so the prospect who replied by email and then rang is one person, and the agent reads the whole history before it says a word.

03 / Books

The meeting, written into your calendar

It is given the slots that are genuinely free in one of eight calendars, offers a few, and books the one they choose. The pick is checked against what was offered, written in, confirmed in the reply, and recorded against the contact and a connected CRM such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel. It cannot invent a time, and it cannot double-book you.

The sequence and the switchboard are the same agent

Every conversation the agent is having arrives in one inbox: replies to your sequence, website chats, texts, call recordings and transcripts, emails and social DMs, in one list, newest first, each row tagged with the channel it came in on. Filter it to one channel, one mailbox or number, or one agent. The prospect who ignored the day 0 email, answered the day 2 text and then rang the number in your signature appears as one contact with one history, and the agent has read all of it before it answers the phone.

This is the practical difference from an outreach platform. Reply.io is built to find people and write to them, and it does that thoroughly. Bold Agent Kit is built to be there when they write back, on whichever channel they choose, and to keep following up until they reply, book or opt out. Reply in any thread yourself and the agent stands down on it; hand it back when you are done. None of it is a seat, an add-on or a separate AI plan: it is $25 a month for the account.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

What changes when the work moves to one agent

Each of these answers one of the reasons above, and each one runs without anybody remembering to do it.

Price

A bill that stays still

$25 a month whether the list is a thousand names or fifty thousand. No per-seat, per-contact or per-message charge, and your AI provider and carrier bill you at cost.

Reach

Every channel, both ways

Email, text and call going out; chat, DMs, texts, email and calls coming in. The same agent, the same knowledge base, the same voice on all of them.

Voice

The call is a conversation

The agent dials and speaks in real time, answers the question it is asked, and books the meeting on the call. No call task waiting in a rep's queue.

Closing

The booking, not the link

Real open slots offered on whichever channel they replied on, and the one they pick written to your calendar and confirmed in the reply.

And the funnel counts people, not sends

Reply.io reports on sends, opens, clicks, replies, calls, LinkedIn activity and team performance. Bold Agent Kit follows each person past the reply: every send, open, reply, call, page view, booking and sale is recorded against a person and reported as a funnel per agent and across all agents.

The Bold Agent Kit dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

The funnel counts people rather than messages: how many the campaign reached, how many replied, how many went on to visit your website, and how many converted, with the total value won and the median time from the first email to the sale. Set a goal with a dollar figure, as a page rule or a manual "won", and an outbound campaign reports what it brought in, not only how many emails it sent. Opens and clicks are tracked per campaign and added to each person's history, and they can be used as send conditions on the next step.

Below the funnel, a channel table shows where each person first responded and which channel they were on when they converted, so you learn whether the meetings come from the day 2 text, the day 5 call or the web chat they started a week later. A pages table shows what known prospects read before they booked. One row per person shows the whole history in order. And a visit trigger, which needs the one-line snippet on your site, closes the loop: when someone from the list comes back to your pricing page, the agent either tells you or follows up after a delay you set, on the channel they last used.

Built from the cookie, email address and phone number attached to that contact, so activity months apart on different channels appears on one row.

A journey row for one contact: their address, then every email reply in order along a single line, with earlier events folded up behind a +5.
Visit triggers

Follow up on a return visit

Page goals and visit triggers require a one-line snippet on your website. Conversations, bookings and manually marking a deal won work without it.

A saved visit trigger: when a lead visits /thank-you, email me after 20 minutes, once per 7 days, with a fired count and an on switch.

Bold Agent Kit vs Reply.io, side by side

Each row is a job a sales team needs done. The middle column is how Reply.io does it, or charges for it, as its own website describes at the time of writing; the right-hand column is Bold Agent Kit.

Reply.io is the fuller outbound prospecting platform: a contact database, LinkedIn automation, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync, an API, and Jason as a separate AI SDR plan, priced per user and per active contact. Bold Agent Kit is narrower on prospecting and wider on conversation: one agent on every inbound and outbound channel, speaking on calls and booking into your calendar, for $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, plus your own AI and carrier usage at cost. Reply.io's details were checked on its own website on 11 September 2026 and may have changed since; its pricing page has the current figures.

Which one fits your team

Three situations people are usually in when they compare the two. The honest answer is different in each.

A small team or an agency that uses Reply.io mainly to sequence lists it already has, by email with a text and a call, and wants the replies worked, the inbound channels answered and one flat price. Bring the contacts across as a CSV, connect the same sending mailboxes, save your sequence copy as templates, load the product details and objection answers into the knowledge base, and run the same list from Bold Agent Kit.

A team that relies on Reply.io for prospecting, its contact database and LinkedIn, and wants the inbound side answered as well. Keep Reply.io on the outbound sequences it runs today, and put a Bold Agent Kit agent on the website chat, the DMs, the phone line and the mailbox your customers already write to. The two do not connect to each other; if both are connected to HubSpot, that is where the records meet. Keep any one person in one tool's sequence at a time.

It books your calendar, updates your CRM and knows what they bought

Connect the tools you already run and the agent works them like an assistant would: it takes appointments straight into your calendar, writes notes and outcomes back to the CRM, and reads your store to see what somebody has bought before it answers them.

Bookings are real, not guesses. It is only ever given slots that are genuinely free, and it can only take one it actually offered — so it cannot invent a time or double-book you. The same connection pulls a segment of past customers into a list when you want to run a campaign at them.

None of it matters if the email lands in spam

A new address sending forty cold emails a day gets filtered, and takes the domain with it. Mailboxes that opt into warm-up send each other ordinary mail on a ramp, starting at five a day. The receiving mailbox finds each message, moves it out of spam if it landed there, marks it read and replies to a share of them.

Each mailbox carries a health score out of 100 — SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain, seven days of real sends and bounces, and where its own warm-up mail is landing — with the reasons listed. A mailbox whose bounce rate or spam placement passes a threshold is pulled out of campaign rotation automatically, before it damages the domain.

Moving from Reply.io, in an afternoon

Three steps, and nothing sends until you press Start. A Bold Agent Kit campaign is a draft until you start it, so you can build it while Reply.io is still running and switch over when you are ready.

Rebuild your playbook as an agent

Name the agent, choose a model and paste your own API key. Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral and OpenAI, the engines Jason lets you choose between, are among the sixteen providers here, and the usage is billed to you by the provider. Then load what the agent answers from: your product sheet and case notes as documents, your prices, lead times and minimums as data points, your objection answers as Q&A pairs, and the pages of your own site it may link to.

Save the copy from your Reply.io sequences as email, text and call templates, so every campaign reuses them. Write the instructions last: how it should talk, which offer it may make at which step, whether it should always ask for the meeting, and the replies it should hand to you, such as a custom pricing request or "call me next quarter".

Connect the mailboxes, the number and the list

Connect the sending domains you use today: Gmail and Outlook with an app password, anything else as an SMTP and IMAP host, and opt them into warm-up so each carries a health score. Add a number with one of nine SMS carriers, and Twilio if the agent should place and answer calls. Put the chat snippet on your site if you want the inbound half answered as well.

Then bring the list across: a CSV, by email or by phone, or a segment pulled straight out of HubSpot or another connected CRM or store. Add the calendar it books into, and the CRM it reads before it writes, so a past customer is not pitched what they already have.

Read the plan, then press Start

Rebuild the sequence across email, text and call with the same delays and send conditions you used before, set the days, hours and time zone it may contact anyone, and read the whole plan on the review screen: every contact, every step, every date. Nothing leaves until you press Start, and a campaign can be paused and resumed at any point.

Switch auto-reply on for the channels the agent should answer. Replies are worked, meetings are booked, and the conversations your instructions named come to you with the agent standing down. If you run both tools while you move, keep each person in one sequence at a time, so nobody hears from you twice.

One account, unlimited agents

One account runs unlimited agents, one per client, and nothing is shared between them. A knowledge base belongs to a single agent, and content from one agent is never used to generate replies for another.

Invite a client by email address and they get their own login, which opens onto the one agent you gave them: its conversations, its numbers, its analytics and a reply box. They cannot see your other clients, your API keys, your settings or your billing. Access is deny-by-default.

Is Bold Agent Kit better than Reply.io?

It depends on the job. For a B2B sales team that needs to find new contacts at volume, run LinkedIn alongside email, sync with Salesforce or Pipedrive and give each SDR a seat, Reply.io covers more of that work, and Bold Agent Kit does not try to. For a small business, an agency or a team that already has its leads and customers, and wants every channel answered and followed up, including website chat, social DMs and phone calls spoken by the agent, Bold Agent Kit does more of the job at a flat $25 a month. Most teams are clearly one or the other.

What is the difference between Bold Agent Kit and Reply.io?

Reply.io is an outreach platform: a B2B contact database, multichannel sequences across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS and calls, and Jason, an AI SDR that finds and researches prospects, writes to them, handles replies and books meetings. It is priced per user and per active contact, with Jason on its own plan. Bold Agent Kit is one AI agent that runs email, text and call sequences and also answers your website chat, eleven DM platforms and your phone line, from one knowledge base, into one inbox. It has no contact database or LinkedIn automation, and it costs $25 a month for the account.

How does Reply.io pricing compare with Bold Agent Kit?

Reply.io publishes its prices. At the time of writing, its Email Volume plans start at $49 a month per user, billed annually, and move up in tiers of active contacts; LinkedIn automation and Calls & SMS are add-ons on those plans; the Multichannel plan starts at $89 a month per user, billed annually; and Jason AI SDR plans start at $500 a month. Its pricing page has the current figures. Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, with a 7-day free trial, unlimited agents and contacts, and every channel. Your AI provider and carrier bill you directly, at cost.

How do I move from Reply.io to Bold Agent Kit?

Bring your contacts across as a CSV, by email or by phone number, or pull a segment straight out of HubSpot or another connected CRM or store. Connect the same sending mailboxes, with an app password for Gmail and Outlook or SMTP and IMAP for anything else, and opt them into warm-up. Save your sequence copy as email, text and call templates, and load your product details and objection answers into the agent's knowledge base. Then rebuild the sequence, read the plan on the review screen and press Start. There is no automatic importer; it is a CSV, the knowledge base and an afternoon.

When is Reply.io the better choice?

When your motion is outbound prospecting at volume. If you need a built-in database to find new B2B contacts, intent signals, LinkedIn automation for connection requests and messages, and CRM sync with Salesforce, Pipedrive, Copper or Close, Reply.io offers those and Bold Agent Kit does not. The same is true if you want an AI SDR that sources and researches prospects for you, which is what Jason is built to do, or if your developers want an API or MCP to run outreach from their own tools. In those cases Reply.io is the better fit.

Does Bold Agent Kit have a contact database like Reply.io?

No. Bold Agent Kit does not sell or include contact data. Your lists come from three places: a CSV import, by email or by phone number; a segment pulled straight out of a connected CRM or store, such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Jobber, Stripe or Shopify; or the Chrome side panel, which extracts email addresses, phone numbers and social profile links from the page you have open, deep-scans a domain, or works through a CSV of sites one at a time. If you need to buy B2B contact data, you will need a source for it alongside Bold Agent Kit.

Can Bold Agent Kit automate LinkedIn like Reply.io?

No. Bold Agent Kit does not send LinkedIn connection requests, messages or InMails, and LinkedIn is not one of its channels. Its channels are email, text messages, phone calls, website chat and eleven DM platforms: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X, each connected with your own app credentials. If LinkedIn is where your prospects answer, that is a real reason to stay on Reply.io, or to keep it for LinkedIn alongside a Bold Agent Kit agent that answers everything else.

Does the Bold Agent Kit agent make the calls itself?

Yes. A call step in a sequence dials on your own Twilio number, inside the days and hours you set, and the agent speaks in real time from the script you saved, using your provider's fastest model so it does not leave silences. It answers questions from your knowledge base, offers real calendar slots and books the one the person picks, and the recording and transcript land in the inbox against that contact. Answering is a separate switch, so it also picks up when a prospect rings back. Twilio bills you for the minutes at its own rates.
