Bold Agent Kit vs Structurely
flat price, or platform and usage.

Bold Agent Kit vs Structurely, for real estate agents and small teams: Structurely is a conversational AI platform for voice, text and email, priced as platform access plus usage through its sales team. Bold Agent Kit is one self-serve agent that answers email, texts, calls, website chat and eleven DM platforms in seconds, asks your qualifying questions, books the showing and follows up until the person books or opts out, for $25 a month with a 7-day free trial.

7-day free trial · Cancel anytime

Every channel wired into one agent and out to the tools behind it: email, SMS, phone, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Discord, X, Reddit, Bluesky, website chat, campaign sequences and follow-ups on one side; HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Zoho Bookings, Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com, Square Appointments, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace on the other.

The enquiry answered in seconds, from your own address

Structurely describes a platform that picks a lead up the moment it arrives, from fresh leads and aggregator leads to direct mail responses and inbound enquiries, then messages, attempts a call, updates the qualification and books the appointment, with every conversation logged in your CRM. It works voice, SMS and email together, with RCS and website chatbots too, on inbound and outbound conversations alike.

Bold Agent Kit starts where the lead lands. A portal or website enquiry that arrives in your mailbox is answered from your own address within seconds, at any hour: connect Gmail or Outlook with an app password, or anything else as an SMTP and IMAP host, and the reply goes out through your own server with your name on it. The same agent answers the text to your number, the call on your Twilio line, the chat on your website and the DM about the listing you posted this morning.

It answers from the listing sheets, the Q&A pairs and the data points you gave it, asks the qualifying questions you wrote, and links only to the pages of your own site you allowed. A question it cannot answer from your material is handed to you, not guessed at, and every reply is stored alongside the material it came from, so you can read back exactly what a buyer was told and why.

An agent's Email tab with three mailboxes connected, each showing a Good 90 health score, warm-up day and inbox placement, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, and an Active toggle.

Voice, text and email, and the DMs buyers send about listings

Structurely's channels are voice, SMS and email, with RCS, website chatbots, speech-to-text and text-to-speech, all tied together. Its routing can book appointments, schedule callbacks, route or transfer calls, trigger CRM workflows, escalate to a human and update dispositions automatically, based on urgency, customer history, consent status and objections.

Bold Agent Kit covers email, texts on your own number through one of nine carriers, calls on your own Twilio account, website chat, and eleven DM platforms: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X, each connected with your own app credentials. A good listing post gets its questions in the DMs, and here the DMs are answered by the same agent, inside each platform's reply window, with the same showing slots on offer.

Every handle is attached to one contact: the DM account, the email address from the portal, the phone number that texted. When the buyer who DMed on Tuesday fills in the website form on Thursday, the two records merge and the history moves across, so the agent reads the whole conversation before it writes a word and never pitches the same listing twice.

The agent's Social tab: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Viber, Slack, Discord, Bluesky, Reddit and X as a grid of platform cards, each connected with your own app credentials.

Qualified, booked and in the diary

Structurely qualifies leads and books appointments and callbacks, and it can transfer a live call to your team or escalate a conversation to a human when the rules you set say so. For mortgage teams its site describes transfers to loan officers and collecting documents as well.

Bold Agent Kit books the showing itself. Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, Zoho Bookings, Square Appointments or HubSpot Meetings and the agent is given your genuinely open slots for the week ahead. It offers a few, the buyer picks one, and that choice is checked against the slots it offered, written into your calendar and confirmed on the channel they were on. It cannot book a time that was not free, and it cannot cancel a showing it was not shown.

It does not put a live call through to anyone. What comes to you instead is the conversation: an offer, a price question or a buyer who says they are working with another agent lands in your inbox with the agent standing down on that thread, and you pick it up from there. A seller who wants a valuation is qualified with your questions, and the appointment is booked while they are still on the thread.

The Inbox as one list: web chat, texts and calls together, a call marked no answer, a completed call that booked a roof inspection, texts confirming a Thursday appointment and asking the price, each row tagged with the channel it arrived on.

Platform plus usage, or one flat plan

Structurely prices platform access plus API access plus usage-based activity. Its pricing page describes tiers for small teams, large teams, enterprises that build their own, and platforms that build with it, with voice charged per minute, texts per message and email per AI email, and the plan price agreed through its sales team.

Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, with a 7-day free trial and unlimited agents. Nothing is charged by us per minute, per text, per email, per lead or per seat. The AI runs on your own key with one of sixteen providers, and texts and calls run on your own carrier account, so those providers bill you directly at cost. A month with a big database campaign costs the same $25 from us as a quiet one.

The dashboard shows what that produced: people reached, replied, visited your listings, and booked or closed, with the value won against goals you set with a dollar figure, such as a booked showing, or a closed transaction marked won with its commission.

The Bold Agent Kit dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

How Bold Agent Kit and Structurely compare for agents and small teams

Structurely is a conversational AI platform for voice, text and email. It works inbound and outbound conversations, qualifies leads, books appointments and callbacks, transfers live calls to your team, escalates to a human and keeps your CRM updated, with integrations that include Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, Bonzo, Salesforce and HubSpot. Its site lists mortgage, real estate, private aviation and home services among the industries it serves, alongside platforms and CRMs that build it into their own products through its APIs. Bold Agent Kit does the same first job for a real estate agent, answering and qualifying the enquiry, and the comparison turns on price model, channels and integration depth.

Price model is the difference most solo agents and small teams notice first. Structurely prices by platform access plus usage, with voice billed per minute, texts per message and email per AI email, and plan prices through its sales team. That is a sensible structure for a platform and a large operation. A single agent who wants to try an AI ISA this weekend often wants the opposite: a price on the page, a card, and a trial that starts now.

Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, with a 7-day free trial and unlimited agents. We charge nothing per minute, per message, per email, per lead or per seat. The AI runs on your own key with one of sixteen providers, and texts and calls run on your own carrier account, so the usage is billed to you by those providers at cost. One agent answers the portal email, the website chat, the text, the call and the Instagram DM, asks your qualifying questions, books the showing and follows up for as long as you set.

The honest trade is integration depth. Structurely lists real estate CRMs such as Follow Up Boss and BoomTown, live transfers, callback scheduling, and developer APIs and webhooks. Bold Agent Kit connects to HubSpot and GoHighLevel among its CRMs, to none of the real estate CRMs, and has no live transfer and no API. If your team lives inside Follow Up Boss and wants the AI working there, this page says so plainly. If you want one agent on every channel at a flat price, the rest of it explains how that works.

Why a Structurely customer looks elsewhere

None of these is about how Structurely holds a conversation. They are about scope, integration focus and the way it is priced, as Structurely publishes them on its own site.

01

No price without a conversation

Structurely's pricing page describes tiers for small teams, large teams, enterprises and platforms, and points to its sales team and its AI engineers for the price. For a solo agent deciding between tools on a Sunday evening, a call before the number is a step they would rather skip, and a trial they can start themselves is what they are looking for.

02

A bill that moves with activity

Structurely prices platform access plus usage-based activity, with voice charged per minute, texts per message and email per AI email. That ties cost to use, which is fair, and it also means a month with a new lead source or a big database campaign costs more than a quiet one. Some agents prefer a flat software price and paying their own carrier and AI provider directly.

03

The DMs are somewhere else

Structurely's published channels are voice, SMS, email, RCS and website chatbots. Buyers who ask about a listing in an Instagram DM, on Facebook Messenger or on WhatsApp are outside those channels, and are answered by whoever notices them between showings, on the agent's phone, with no record beside the rest.

04

Built for platforms and larger teams

Structurely's site gives a lot of room to REST APIs, webhooks, white-label deployment for platforms and CRMs, and routing logic for larger operations. That depth is the point for those buyers. An agent who wants to type in their own answers and switch the thing on tonight is looking for something smaller, with fewer moving parts.

One AI assistant for your leads, on every channel, at one flat price.

Bold Agent Kit does the ISA work that software can do on its own, on every channel your buyers and sellers use, and hands you the conversations that need an agent.

01 / Answers

Every enquiry, in seconds

The portal email, the website chat, the text, the call and the DM are answered on the channel they arrived on, at any hour, from your listing sheets, Q&A pairs and data points. It links only to the pages of your site you allowed, and a question it cannot answer from your material comes to you rather than being guessed at.

02 / Books

The showing and the valuation

Your qualifying questions, asked in your order and your words, then real open slots from Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Cal.com or another calendar. The one they pick is checked against what was offered, written in and confirmed on the thread. It cannot double-book a Saturday morning or invent a time.

03 / Nurtures

Until they view, buy or opt out

Email, text and call steps on the days and hours you set, with send conditions on opens and clicks, for as long as you set. It stops on a reply, a booking or an opt-out on any channel, and cancels anything queued. Visit triggers catch the buyer who comes back to a listing page weeks later.

A price on the page, and no usage bill from us

This is the single biggest difference between Bold Agent Kit and Structurely. Structurely prices platform access plus API access plus usage, with voice by the minute, texts by the message and email by the AI email, and quotes its plans through its sales team. Bold Agent Kit publishes one price: $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, with unlimited agents and a 7-day free trial that starts from the sign-up page.

The usage does not disappear; it goes to the providers who incur it. Your AI runs on your own key with one of sixteen providers, from OpenAI and Anthropic to Groq or a model you host yourself, billed to you directly at cost with no markup and no credit packs. Texts and calls run on your own carrier account at its rates. You can change model or provider at any time without touching anything else.

For a solo agent or a small team, that means the software cost is known before the first enquiry arrives, and a month with a big open-house campaign or a new portal costs the same $25 from us as a quiet one. The website chat in the screenshot is part of the same plan: one line of script, your colour and photo, answers from your listings, and a reply box to take the thread over yourself.

A website chat conversation in the Inbox: the visitor asks how much it is, the agent answers with the price and a link, the visitor's story is drawn across the top, and a reply box lets a person take the thread over.

What changes when you move from Structurely

Four things, each answering one of the reasons above, and each running without anybody remembering to do it.

Price

Booking

Real open slots from eight calendars, offered in the conversation, and the one they pick written in and confirmed. The appointment, not a hand-off.

Team

And you can see which portal, channel and listing produced the showing

Every enquiry, reply, text, call, DM, showing and closing is recorded against a person, and reported as a funnel per agent and across the team, in the same account the agent runs in.

The Bold Agent Kit dashboard: 157 people reached, 89 replied, 59 visited the site, 9 converted and $4,050 of value won over the last 30 days, with a breakdown by channel and by agent, and recent journeys underneath.

The funnel counts people rather than messages: how many the agent reached, how many replied, how many went on to visit your listings on your own site, and how many converted, with the total value won and the median time it took. A conversion is what you define it to be. Set a goal for a booked showing, or mark a closed transaction as won with its commission as a dollar value, and the agent reports what it produced rather than how many texts it sent.

Below the funnel, a channel table shows where each person first made contact and which channel they were on when they converted, so you learn whether the Instagram enquiries book or the portal emails do. A pages table shows which listings known buyers read before they booked. One row per person shows the whole history in order. And with the one-line snippet on your site, visit triggers follow up the known buyer who comes back to a listing page, after a delay you set, on the channel they last used.

Structurely is a deep conversational AI platform: voice, text and email with live transfers, callback scheduling, compliance controls, real estate and mortgage CRM integrations, and APIs for teams and platforms that build on it, priced as platform plus usage through its sales team. Bold Agent Kit is narrower in integrations and wider in channels: one self-serve agent on email, texts, calls, website chat and eleven DM platforms, booking into your calendar, at $25 a month with your AI and carrier usage billed to you at cost. The right choice depends on whether your CRM or your channels matter more.

We checked Structurely’s public website on 11 September 2026 for this comparison. Plans and features change, so check structurely.com for the current detail. Structurely is a trademark of its owner, and Bold Agent Kit is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.

Moving from Structurely, starting fresh, or staying with it

Three honest situations. The right answer depends on the size of the team, and on whether the AI has to live inside your CRM.

Structurely is the better choice for a brokerage, a larger team or a mortgage operation that wants the AI working inside Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, Bonzo or Salesforce, needs live transfers to an agent or loan officer and callback scheduling, relies on compliance controls such as DNC suppression and call disclosures, or wants APIs and webhooks to build its own workflows. Platforms and CRMs that deploy conversational AI under their own brand are its territory, not ours.

It books your calendar, updates your CRM and knows what they bought

Connect the tools you already run and the agent works them like an assistant would: it takes appointments straight into your calendar, writes notes and outcomes back to the CRM, and reads your store to see what somebody has bought before it answers them.

Bookings are real, not guesses. It is only ever given slots that are genuinely free, and it can only take one it actually offered — so it cannot invent a time or double-book you. The same connection pulls a segment of past customers into a list when you want to run a campaign at them.

Each agent uses a model on your own API key, in the same way it sends from your own mailbox and your own phone number. Sixteen providers are supported: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI and Mistral; DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, Qwen and MiniMax; Groq, Together, Fireworks and OpenRouter; and Ollama or any other OpenAI-compatible endpoint you host yourself.

None of it matters if the email lands in spam

A new address sending forty cold emails a day gets filtered, and takes the domain with it. Mailboxes that opt into warm-up send each other ordinary mail on a ramp, starting at five a day. The receiving mailbox finds each message, moves it out of spam if it landed there, marks it read and replies to a share of them.

Each mailbox carries a health score out of 100 — SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain, seven days of real sends and bounces, and where its own warm-up mail is landing — with the reasons listed. A mailbox whose bounce rate or spam placement passes a threshold is pulled out of campaign rotation automatically, before it damages the domain.

Moving from Structurely to Bold Agent Kit before your next showing

Three steps. Auto-reply is a separate switch per channel, and a campaign is created as a draft that sends nothing until you press Start, so you can bring new enquiries across first and the database after.

Rebuild your Structurely scripts as your own agent

Name it, choose a model and paste your API key. Then give it what an ISA needs: listing sheets and your buyer and seller guides as documents, your answers to the questions you hear every week as Q&A pairs, your fees, areas, hours and time zone as data points, and the listing and about pages of your site it may link to. The scripts and qualifying criteria you used with Structurely are the starting point for the instructions.

Write the qualifying questions and the order to ask them, how it should talk about price and fees, what it should offer a buyer who is not ready, and the situations in which it should stop and fetch you: an offer, a request for a price reduction and a buyer who is working with another agent are the usual three.

Connect the portal mailbox, the number and the DMs

Connect the mailbox your portal and website enquiries arrive in, a number for texts on one of nine carriers, Twilio if you want calls answered, the chat snippet on your website, and the social accounts buyers message. Connect the calendar the agent books showings into. If your contacts are in HubSpot or GoHighLevel, connect that too, so the agent reads the record before it writes.

Then bring the leads across. Export them from your current CRM as a CSV and import them into contact lists, split by stage: new, nurturing and past clients. Each list gets its own sequence, in your words, on your schedule.

New enquiries first, then the database

Switch auto-reply on for the mailbox and the chat, and send yourself an enquiry. Read the reply, adjust a Q&A pair or the qualifying questions, and try again. When it answers the way you would, add the number and the DMs. From then on every new enquiry is answered in seconds and the showings land in your calendar.

Then build a sequence for each imported list, read the whole plan on the review screen and press Start. Replies are worked by the agent, the conversations you named come to you, and a reply, a booking or an opt-out on any channel ends the sequence.

One account, unlimited agents

One account runs unlimited agents, one per client, and nothing is shared between them. A knowledge base belongs to a single agent, and content from one agent is never used to generate replies for another.

Invite a client by email address and they get their own login, which opens onto the one agent you gave them: its conversations, its numbers, its analytics and a reply box. They cannot see your other clients, your API keys, your settings or your billing. Access is deny-by-default.

Is Bold Agent Kit better than Structurely?

It depends on the buyer. For a solo agent or small team that wants one AI agent on email, texts, calls, website chat and the DMs, a published flat price and a trial they can start today, Bold Agent Kit is the better fit at $25 a month. For a brokerage, larger team or mortgage operation that needs the AI inside Follow Up Boss, BoomTown or Salesforce, live transfers, callback scheduling, DNC controls or APIs to build on, Structurely is the better fit. The deciding question is usually whether the AI must live inside your CRM.

What is the difference between Bold Agent Kit and Structurely?

Scope, integrations and pricing model. Structurely is a conversational AI platform for voice, SMS and email, with RCS and website chatbots, that qualifies leads, books appointments and callbacks, transfers live calls and escalates to humans, with integrations including Follow Up Boss, BoomTown and Salesforce, developer APIs and webhooks, and pricing of platform access plus usage through its sales team. Bold Agent Kit is self-serve: one agent on fifteen channels including eleven DM platforms, eighteen integrations without real estate CRMs, no live transfer and no API, at $25 a month with usage billed to you at cost.

How does Structurely pricing compare with Bold Agent Kit?

Structurely's pricing page describes platform access plus API access plus usage-based activity, with voice charged per minute, texts per message and email per AI email, across tiers for small teams, large teams, enterprises and platforms. It does not list a monthly plan price; you talk to its sales team. Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, with a 7-day free trial and unlimited agents. We charge nothing per minute, text, email, lead or seat; your AI provider and carrier bill that usage to you directly at cost.

How do I move from Structurely to Bold Agent Kit?

Export your leads from your CRM as a CSV and import them, or pull a segment from HubSpot or GoHighLevel if that is where they live. Rebuild your scripts as a knowledge base: listing sheets and guides as documents, your answers as Q&A pairs, fees, areas and hours as data points, and your qualifying questions and hand-off rules as instructions. Connect the mailbox your portal enquiries arrive in, your number, your website chat, your social accounts and your calendar. Switch new enquiries on first, then run a sequence at the imported leads.

When is Structurely the better choice?

When your team works inside a real estate CRM such as Follow Up Boss or BoomTown and wants the AI working there, since Structurely lists those integrations and Bold Agent Kit does not. Also when you need live call transfers to an agent or loan officer, callback scheduling, compliance controls such as DNC suppression and call disclosures, or APIs and webhooks to build on. Structurely also serves mortgage teams and platforms that deploy it under their own brand. For a larger team or brokerage with those needs, that depth is worth more than a flat price.

Does Bold Agent Kit integrate with Follow Up Boss or other real estate CRMs?

No. Bold Agent Kit connects to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and Jobber as CRMs, to eight calendars and to five stores, and to no real estate CRM: not Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, kvCORE or any other. There is no API, webhook or Zapier connection either. It works on the channels leads arrive on instead: the mailbox portal enquiries land in, the website chat, the phone and the DMs. Existing leads come across as a CSV export. If working inside your CRM is essential, that should decide it.

Can it qualify buyers and sellers the way an ISA would?

It asks the questions you would ask, in the order you write them in its instructions: budget, timeline, pre-approval, a property to sell, whether they are working with another agent. It answers from the listing sheets, Q&A pairs and data points you gave it, links only to pages of your own site, and offers real showing or valuation slots from your calendar, booking the one they pick. Anything you reserve for yourself, an offer, a price reduction or a buyer with another agent, comes to your inbox with the agent standing down on that thread.

Can each agent on my team have their own AI assistant?

Yes. Unlimited agents are included in the one plan, so a team lead can build one AI agent per team member, each with its own mailbox, number, knowledge base, instructions, calendar and analytics, and nothing shared between them. Invite each person into their own agent by email address and they get a login that opens onto its conversations, numbers and analytics, with a reply box, and nothing of anyone else's. The price is $25 a month for the account however many agents it runs.
