The best 11x alternatives
for when a year is too long.

The best 11x alternatives depend on what you were buying 11x for: prospects found for you, an AI worker answering inbound, or simply every lead followed up until it books. This list sets six of them side by side, from AI SDRs with their prices on the page to one agent that works the list you already have on every channel, month to month.

7-day free trial · Cancel anytime

Every channel wired into one agent and out to the tools behind it: email, SMS, phone, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Discord, X, Reddit, Bluesky, website chat, campaign sequences and follow-ups on one side; HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Zoho Bookings, Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com, Square Appointments, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace on the other.

Why teams look for 11x alternatives

11x sells what it calls digital workers to sales, marketing and revenue operations teams. Alice is the outbound one: its site describes her researching prospects from a real-time company and lead database with live web search, writing personalised messages, and running multi-channel sequences by email, phone and LinkedIn, with managed Gmail mailboxes, domain setup, warm-up and inbox rotation handled for you. Julian is the inbound one, answering leads by phone, chat, SMS, WhatsApp and email, qualifying them against your criteria and booking them with the right rep. For a revenue team with a net-new pipeline target and an annual software budget, that is a coherent package.

The reasons people look elsewhere are mostly about fit rather than function. At the time of writing, 11x's published plans for Alice start at $3,750 a month, billed annually, and its pricing page says it charges per lead rather than per send. Julian is priced separately, by calls or chats a month, also billed annually, and the Pro and Enterprise tiers of both are quoted by its sales team. That is a considered way to buy an AI SDR. It is a lot of commitment for a team that wants to try one for a quarter, for a business that already has its list, or for anyone who wants outbound and inbound handled by the same agent.

So the useful question is usually not "what does 11x do that nothing else does?" but "which part of it do I actually need?" If it is the prospecting, the data and the research, the natural alternatives are other AI SDRs that include prospect data, and several of them publish their plans. If it is the inbound worker, there are tools built around the website conversation and the marketing lead. And if it is the follow-up itself, every lead chased on the right day by email, text and call, the replies answered and the meeting booked, that job does not need a lead database at all.

This page ranks six options for a team that is on 11x today or has it on a shortlist. Each one is described from its own website, with how it charges, which channels it covers and when it is the better choice. Bold Agent Kit is first, as the agent for teams whose leads already exist: $25 a month for the whole account, on your own mailboxes, your own number and your own AI key. The rest are ordered by how closely they cover the job 11x is usually bought for.

Four reasons teams move on from 11x

11x publishes its starting prices and describes its workers in detail, so the trade-offs are easy to see. These are the four that come up when a team starts looking at what else is out there.

01

A year is the unit of commitment

Annual billing is the default at 11x, and at the time of writing its published Alice plans start at $3,750 a month, billed annually, for up to five end users and 2,000 new prospects a month. The Pro and Enterprise tiers are quoted rather than published. For a revenue team that has budgeted for an AI SDR, that is ordinary enterprise software buying. For a founder who wants to test outbound for a quarter, or an agency that wins and loses clients month to month, a year is a long time to be sure.

02

Paying for prospects when the list already exists

Alice is priced per lead, and the lead database, live web search and research are built into every tier. That is the right shape when the hard part is finding the people. Many businesses already have the list: past customers in the CRM, quotes that went quiet, a trade association directory, the enquiries from last spring nobody chased. For them the value is in the sixth follow-up and the answered reply, and a plan measured in new prospects a month is measuring the part they do not need.

03

Inbound is a second worker with its own meter

Julian, the inbound worker, answers leads by phone, chat, SMS, WhatsApp and email and books them with your reps, and it is priced on its own terms: at the time of writing, its published voice plans start at $5,333 a month and its chat plans at $2,417 a month, both billed annually. A team that wants the agent that sent Monday's email to answer Thursday's call, with one memory of the person, is buying two products, measured two different ways, to get there.

04

The accounts are managed rather than held

Alice plans include managed Gmail mailboxes, with domain setup, warm-up, inbox rotation and monitoring handled on your behalf, and Julian includes phone number provisioning. Plenty of teams want exactly that. Others want the sending addresses, the carrier account and the AI key in their own name, so the domain reputation, the carrier rates and the contact history stay with them whichever software they use next year, and the choice of model is theirs to make.

What to look for in an 11x alternative

Most of the tools below can send a sequence and answer a reply. The differences that matter to someone leaving 11x sit in three places.

01 / Terms

How it charges, and for how long

Look at the unit first: per lead, per active contact, per seat, per call, or one price for the account. Then the term: annual, quarterly or month to month. The unit decides whether the bill moves when the list grows or the team changes; the term decides how long you live with the choice. A price you can read before the demo is worth something on its own, because it lets you shortlist without a sales cycle.

02 / Reach

Which directions and channels it covers

Decide first whether you need outbound only, or outbound and inbound on the same agent with one memory of each person. Then check the channels on the plan you would actually buy: email, LinkedIn, text, calls placed by the AI itself rather than queued for a rep, website chat, social DMs. A channel that is an add-on or a separate product is a channel with its own price and its own setup.

03 / Ownership

Whose mailboxes, numbers, data and model

Some tools provision and manage the sending infrastructure for you; others send from mailboxes and numbers you hold. Some include a contact database; others work the list you bring. Some choose the model; others let you choose, or bring your own key. None of these is right or wrong in itself, but each one decides what you keep, and what you rebuild, if you move on.

The best 11x alternatives, ranked

Bold Agent Kit is first, for teams whose leads already exist and who want outbound and inbound on one agent. After it, the list is ordered by how closely each tool covers what 11x is usually bought for: first the autonomous AI SDRs that find and work prospects the way Alice does, then Reply.io, which pairs an AI SDR with a sequencing platform, then two tools that cover the inbound and lead follow-up work Julian is bought for.

We make Bold Agent Kit, which is why it is first on this list. Every other entry is described from its own website, including when it is the better choice.

01 / Best for teams with a list who want every channel on one agent

Bold Agent Kit

Bold Agent Kit is one AI agent that works the list you already have and answers everything that comes back. A campaign sends an email on day 0 from your own mailbox, a text on day 2 from your own number and a call on day 5 that the agent places and speaks itself, with a send condition on each step (opened, not opened, clicked, not clicked), inside the days, hours and time zone you set. Replies are worked by the agent from your documents, Q&A pairs and prices, and when someone says yes it offers real open slots from your calendar and books the one they pick. A reply, a booking or an opt-out on any channel ends the sequence on every channel.

Where 11x splits outbound and inbound into two workers, here they are the same agent. It answers the website chat, the phone line, texts, the support mailbox and direct messages on eleven platforms including Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp, from the same knowledge base, into one inbox, with one record per person. The price is $25 a month or $200 a year for the whole account, with unlimited agents and contacts and no per-seat, per-lead or per-message charge. The model runs on your own key with one of sixteen providers, and your carrier bills you for texts and calls, both at cost.

Choose it when the leads exist and the follow-up is the problem. There is no contact database: lists come from a CSV, a segment of a connected CRM such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel, or the Chrome side panel, which pulls email addresses, phone numbers and social profile links off the pages you browse. It does not automate LinkedIn and does not connect to Salesforce. If you need prospects found for you, one of the tools below is the better fit, or it can run alongside Bold Agent Kit on a different part of the list.

02 / Best for an AI BDR with its own B2B data, scoped to your volume

Artisan

Artisan's AI BDR, Ava, covers much of the outbound ground Alice does. Its site describes her searching a database of more than 250 million verified B2B contacts, enriching them from over 22 sources, prioritising them with intent signals such as hiring and funding activity and website visits, writing each email individually rather than from a template, handling the replies and booking meetings on your reps' calendars. Outreach goes out by email and social from your own sending domains, in your reps' names, and Salesforce and HubSpot sync in both directions, with custom webhooks for your own data.

The platform brings B2B data, enrichment, deliverability, sequencing, intent signals and a dialer together, and every plan comes with CSM support and onboarding. Its pricing page shows plans sized by leads contacted a month, roughly 2,500 on Team and 6,000 on Scale, with the price scoped by its sales team rather than listed, and its site says Ava is free to start before you commit to a paid plan. You can require approval before anything sends, lock tone and calls to action, and set banned phrases. One scope note from its own FAQ: Ava does not place calls herself; she queues qualified prospects in the dialer for your reps, with context and talking points.

Choose Artisan when you want what Alice offers, an AI that finds the prospects as well as writing to them, and you want to compare another vendor's terms and service model before signing. It is built for teams with reps to hand meetings to, and its pricing page asks you to talk to sales so the plan can be sized to your lead volume.

03 / Best for an AI SDR on email and LinkedIn with published plans

AiSDR

AiSDR is an AI sales development rep that finds prospects with a live AI search built on the buying signals you describe, researches each one, writes personalised outreach and runs it as a multi-channel sequence with conditional logic. Email goes out through Gmail or Outlook with warm-up and domain setup included; LinkedIn steps cover connection requests, direct messages, InMail, post likes and voice and video notes. Replies are answered, objections handled and meetings booked into your calendar, and an AI strategist called Ami helps plan the campaigns.

Its pricing is published and measured in AI-researched contacts a month. At the time of writing, its published plans start at $250 a month on Solo, billed month to month, for 200 researched contacts, one user, one domain, three mailboxes and one LinkedIn account. Explore and Scale add contacts, users, domains, mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts on quarterly contracts billed monthly, with a discount for paying annually. HubSpot is a native two-way integration on every plan; Salesforce sync comes with Scale, and phone work runs through an Aircall integration.

Choose AiSDR if you want what Alice does, prospects found and worked for you, at a smaller starting size and on shorter terms than an annual plan. Solo is a way to watch an AI SDR work your own market for a month before committing to a larger plan.

04 / Best for an AI SDR alongside a full sequencing platform

Reply.io

Reply.io is a sales outreach platform with an AI SDR, Jason, on top. The platform runs multichannel sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and semi-automated WhatsApp, with data from more than a billion B2B contacts, domains and mailboxes you can buy and warm up without leaving the product, and warm-up included with every mailbox. Jason finds prospects from an ideal-customer description written in plain language, researches them, writes to them by email and LinkedIn, adds call steps as tasks with a script for each prospect, answers replies from your instructions and materials in autopilot or approval mode, and books meetings against real-time availability in Google Calendar.

Pricing is published. At the time of writing, its published plans start at $49 a month per user, billed annually, for the Email Volume plans, which move up in tiers of active contacts; LinkedIn automation and Calls & SMS are add-ons on those plans, and the Multichannel plan includes them per user. Jason is sold as its own plan, from $500 a month billed annually for 1,000 active contacts, and a hybrid plan combining the two is available through its sales team. You choose the engine Jason runs on from Claude, Gemini, Mistral or OpenAI, and it writes in more than 50 languages.

Choose Reply.io if you want an AI SDR and also want your human team running sequences in the same tool, or if you would rather start with sequences and add the AI later. It suits a sales team that is comfortable with seats and contact tiers and wants to read the price before it books a call.

05 / Best for inbound pipeline from website visitors on a B2B stack

Qualified

Qualified is the one to look at when the part of 11x you valued was Julian rather than Alice. Its AI SDR agent, Piper, works inbound pipeline: it meets buyers on your website in real time, engages inbound leads by email, schedules sales meetings in the moment and serves personalised marketing offers. Its plans list conversations by video, voice or text, AI-generated emails, a multi-language agent and collaboration in Slack, and Salesforce, HubSpot and Marketo are among its named integrations.

Qualified does not list prices. It shows three plans, Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate, and says it will build a plan customised to your pipeline needs, starting with a demo. Enterprise adds enterprise-grade APIs, third-party research intent signals and support for multiple websites and brands; Ultimate adds multiple agent profiles, multiple production instances and high-volume websites.

Choose Qualified if you are a B2B marketing and sales team whose pipeline starts on the website, and you want an AI SDR built around that visit and the marketing systems behind it. Its focus is inbound pipeline, so a team that relied on Alice for outbound prospecting would pair it with something else for that side.

06 / Best for following up marketing leads and re-engaging customers

Conversica

Conversica builds AI agents that hold conversations with leads and customers across the whole cycle, rather than prospecting cold lists. Its site describes agents for demand generation (following up event attendees, ad responders, content downloads and outbound campaigns), for customer service and retention (handling enquiries, upsells and cross-sells), and for re-engagement (triggering renewals and reactivating inactive accounts). They work by email, SMS, chat and messaging apps, in multiple languages, at any hour, and can send assets, schedule meetings and trigger workflows in the systems they are connected to.

Conversica does not list prices on its website. Getting started is a meeting with its team, who scope and launch agents customised to your campaigns and your stack.

Choose Conversica if the leads you need worked come from your own marketing, events and customer base, and what you want is a follow-up conversation with every one of them rather than a new list of prospects. It fits a marketing or revenue team that already generates volume and wants none of it left without a reply.

For comparison, 11x prices Alice per lead and Julian by calls or chats a month, both billed annually, and at the time of writing its published Alice plans start at $3,750 a month. Bold Agent Kit is $25 a month or $200 a year for the account, plus your own AI and carrier usage at cost. Where a vendor quotes rather than publishes, the table says so rather than guessing.

We checked each tool’s public website on 11 September 2026 for this page. Plans and features change, so check each vendor’s own site for the current detail. Product names are trademarks of their owners, and Bold Agent Kit is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Which 11x alternative is right for you

If you want what 11x does, an AI that finds the prospects and works them, look at Artisan and AiSDR first. Artisan brings its own B2B data, a dialer for your reps and a CSM on every plan, with the price scoped to your volume by its sales team. AiSDR publishes its plans and starts month to month, so you can watch it work your market before committing. If your team also runs its own sequences and wants an AI SDR in the same tool, Reply.io puts both on one account, with the prices on its page.

If Julian was the part you relied on, and your pipeline starts with people arriving on your website, Qualified is built around that visit and your marketing stack. If the leads come from your own marketing, events and customer base, and the job is making sure every one of them gets a conversation, Conversica is built for that.

And if your list already exists, whether it is the CRM, the quotes that went quiet or the enquiries nobody chased, and you want every lead followed up by email, text and call, the replies answered, the meeting booked and the inbound channels answered by the same agent, Bold Agent Kit does that at $25 a month for the account, month to month. The full side-by-side is on the Bold Agent Kit vs 11x page.

What is the best 11x alternative?

It depends on which part of 11x you need. For an AI that finds and works net-new prospects, Artisan and AiSDR are the close matches: both handle prospect research, replies and meetings, and AiSDR publishes month-to-month entry pricing. For a sales team that also wants its own sequences in the same tool, Reply.io pairs its Jason AI SDR with a sequencing platform. For inbound pipeline from your website, look at Qualified. For a business that already has its leads and wants one agent following them up by email, text and call, and answering inbound too, Bold Agent Kit is built for that at $25 a month.

Why do people switch from 11x?

Mostly for fit. 11x bills annually by default, and at the time of writing its published Alice plans start at $3,750 a month, with the larger tiers quoted by its sales team. Alice is priced per lead, which suits net-new prospecting but less so a business whose list already exists. Inbound is a separate worker, Julian, priced by calls or chats. And Alice sends from managed Gmail mailboxes, where some teams prefer accounts they hold themselves. None of these is a flaw; they are the reasons a differently shaped tool can suit a different team.

How is Bold Agent Kit different from 11x?

11x sells two digital workers: Alice for outbound, with a lead database, research and managed mailboxes, and Julian for inbound, each priced separately on annual plans. Bold Agent Kit is one agent that does both on the list you bring: email, text and call sequences with send conditions and stop rules, replies answered from your own material, meetings booked into real calendar slots, and the website chat, phone line and eleven DM platforms answered by the same agent. It has no contact database, and it costs $25 a month for the account. The full side-by-side is on our Bold Agent Kit vs 11x comparison page.

How do I move from 11x to another tool?

Start with the contacts. 11x syncs with CRMs including Salesforce and HubSpot, so the people and their history are usually already in your CRM; export them as a CSV, or in Bold Agent Kit pull a HubSpot segment straight into a list. Write down the sequences, openers and objection answers that worked, because they carry over to any tool. Ask 11x what happens to the managed mailboxes and domains when your plan ends, and allow time to warm up any new sending addresses. Then rebuild the sequence, review the plan, and start it once your current term allows.

Can I try an 11x alternative before committing to a contract?

Several have short or no commitments at the time of writing. Bold Agent Kit has a 7-day free trial and then runs month to month at $25, or $200 a year. AiSDR's Solo plan is billed month to month. Reply.io offers a 14-day trial on its Multichannel plan. Artisan's site says Ava is free to start before you commit to a paid plan. Qualified and Conversica both begin with a conversation with their teams. Terms change, so check each vendor's own page before you plan around them.

Which 11x alternatives include a contact database?

Artisan includes more than 250 million verified B2B contacts and Reply.io data from more than a billion, and AiSDR finds prospects with a live AI search against the buying signals you describe. Qualified and Conversica are built around the website visitors and leads your own marketing brings in. Bold Agent Kit has no contact database: your list comes from a CSV, a segment of a connected CRM such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel, or the Chrome side panel, which extracts email addresses, phone numbers and social profile links from the pages you browse.

Can an 11x alternative make phone calls?

It depends on what you mean by a call. In Bold Agent Kit, a call is a step in the sequence: the agent dials on your own Twilio number inside the hours you set, speaks in real time from your script and knowledge base, keeps the recording and transcript, and can answer inbound calls too. Reply.io's Jason adds call steps as tasks with a script for each prospect. Artisan queues calls in its dialer for your reps; its FAQ says Ava does not make them herself. AiSDR works with Aircall, and Qualified lists voice among its conversation types.

Does Bold Agent Kit automate LinkedIn or connect to Salesforce?

No to both. Bold Agent Kit does not send LinkedIn connection requests, messages or InMail, and it does not connect to Salesforce. Its integrations are HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace, plus eight calendars including Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Calendly. If LinkedIn or Salesforce is central to your outbound, 11x, Artisan, AiSDR and Reply.io each name one or both, and one of them may suit that part of the work better, or run alongside Bold Agent Kit on a different part of the list.
